I’ve never done online but walking in takes 30 minutes. So I thought this would work better. When I went to pick up the pizzas they put it in bin 2 but my code scanned 3. They asked me my name on the order and practically insisted there was no orders for me. When I told them to check bin 2 they said, oh, I didn’t pay. But how is that possible? If it had been a simple $ 7.99 pizza I would have left and called to get a refund. But this was a $20 order. So, I can’t wait 30 minutes but I can’t count on them giving a pizza I’ve paid them to make. …. next time Pizza Hut?

I walked in ordered a deep dish pizza, they said it would be ready in ten minutes, fifteen minutes later the pizza hasn’t been started. After being told they’ll rush it, 30 minutes later I received bread sticks and pepperoni bread? I understand the pizza is cheap.. but if you’re going to be bad, atleast be correct. The staff are a bunch of cretins aswell

Horrible. Not only did I, and several other customers, have to wait 45mins, they didn’t even give me my order. They pulled food from the heaters. They could of done that 45mins ago! Also, once I got home unfortunately, I realized that they gave me the wrong food! My EMB Pepperoni was in fact another cheese pizza. Had to tell my children that. Thanks LC…Ya’ll have to do better.

Waited 30 minutes in a drive thru after my pizza was supposed to be ready. Get to the window sat there 20 mins numerous workers saw us no one greeted us. We literally sat there watching pizza after pizza come out the oven and get tossed in the trash. Then gave us a burnt cold pizza. This is the 3rd time in the last 3 months this exact same thing has happen. Order a pizza just before 5 online. We didnt recieve it til after 6. Never again.

I could tell that they were short staffed but the dude that took my order was quick and friendly. I didn’t wait longer than a minute to give my order. I had to wait several minutes for my order to be completed, but it was a larger order, and like I said, they are short staffed.

I got stuck in a line here last night . I pulled in at 809pm I left headed home at 938pm. / . Parking lot was so congested it was Uncomfortable! Plus here’s the kicker . I waited in a line for an hour. When I got to window to order then pay. The guy says go park and come back in 15 minutes to pick it up. NOW SITTING HERE WITH A DOG INTHE CAR WITH ME I start having anxiety. GggggggggGREAT! THANKS YAW!

Very disorganized. People standing and waiting for orders they took at the drive thru window but told us we had to wait 15 minutes while they made the pizzas. I had to wait 45 minutes to get my pizza and the lobby was still full of people who had been waiting for just as long. They were making orders and putting them in the warmers instead of giving them to the customers. Their online orders were not done correctly either. Every online order that I saw people come in to get had something missing from the order.

Went to pick up food I ordered n placed online. Employees were arguing. I received my wings and guy asked are these supposed to be garlic parm ,I said yes and he literally took them back and squeezed a ton of liquid on them. They look like soup and are very mushy. I also didn’t receive the marinara I paid extra for to go with my cold crazy bread.

If you’re reading this review, just know it’s little chasers I would keep expectations low and be happy when it exceeds those expectations. With that said, I ordered the $5 lunch box at the drive thru window. I had to pull forward to wait for it be made (understandable). This place had it out to me in 20 min. Tasted fine and I didn’t get sick… I have nothing negative to say. Hope this review helps someone.
