Honestly so sad that we found this place so close to moving away. Manny, our server was amazing. He had great suggestions, and was so friendly. We are leaving with very full bellies and even fuller hearts. The food was exquisitely done. The pink hippo eggs were so rich, creamy, and perfectly cooked. The focaccia was toasted to perfection. The cheesy grits were decadent, and cooked just right, not soupy and not too thick. The chorizo-poblano hash was just enough heat, and the poached eggs were just the right amount of runny. We finished with a brown butter cinnamon roll that would give a dentist a heart attack and your cardiologist their next lambo, but it is worth it.

Already scheduling our next visit. Just an amazing time overall.

Star rating based on the possibility of my return. Let me start by saying, the food is incredible. Truly. I’ve had several dishes over my visits and 9/10 are winners. Servers are usually pretty attentive and seemingly willing to engage and provide good service. That being said, the temperature is always a nightmare! I’m either sweating or chattering, and something always seems to be wrong with the building requiring warehouse fans, open doors, or closed off sections due to fumes. It’s a small location. They accept reservations. It’s yummy enough to ensure long wait times during standard brunch hours. You may see me grabbing some food to-go, but I’m not likely to invite friends to dine-in again

It was our first time here for breakfast. We arrived early, before the brunch crowd showed up, and were seated right away (though we had a reservation just in case). The style feels very Austin—eclectic, quirky, and a bit all over the place. Somehow it doesn’t make sense, but it works for the space.

We ordered the Eggs Benedict on toast instead of biscuits—it was unusual but still savory. The French toast, on the other hand, was overwhelming—extra, extra sweet to the point we could barely eat half.

The bigger downside was the atmosphere. The A/C wasn’t working properly, so there were several massive portable fans scattered around. They were loud and distracting. On top of that, the exterior could really use some attention—it’s not very inviting from the outside, which feels like a missed opportunity.

Overall, a unique vibe with potential, but definitely some things to work on. Good luck next time!

We dined-in and had the basic breaky and the pulled pork eggs benny! Both dishes were delicious! Our waitress Flor was kind and we were able to easily grab her attention if we needed anything! We also ordered the cheesy grits and brown butter cinnamon roll! The grits were not our favorite, but the roll was amazing! Hopefully, they can get the air conditioning fixed soon because I’d love to go back!

My son and I recently visited Full Belly Cafe & DBar in San Antonio, and I have to say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience! My son chose this spot for our outing, and I was genuinely surprised by everything about this place from the welcoming atmosphere to the delicious food.

We started with their cinnamon roll, which was nothing short of heavenly if heaven were in a bite, this would be it! I ordered the shrimp and grits, and it was incredible perfectly seasoned and flavorful. My son had eggs and potatoes, which he loved. We also shared the cinnamon roll, and it was the perfect treat to top off our meal.

The vibe was lively and inviting, with vibrant murals on the walls perfect for taking pictures. Although I didn’t drink, I noticed their full bar, which offers a wide variety of options something for everyone.

A special shoutout to the staff for going above and beyond despite the AC not working initially. They brought in portable units to keep the temperature comfortable, which I really appreciated.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend for a fun, tasty, and relaxed outing!

Order the Cinnamon Roll. Came here for Sunday brunch. Made reservations and glad we did as it quickly became full. Started off with a few drinks and a Cinnamon Roll to share for the table. Roll was delicious and almost ordered a second one. You can see them being freshly made and trayed behind the bar area. As our server called them “life changing”, they are a must try.

Brunch menu had a good range of options with many having additional protein options. Everyone enjoyed their dishes as they were good portion sizes and tasted good. The alcohol drinks, teas, and coffees were all good too.

The interior was a little warm as they seemed to have Air Conditioning issues, but did have fans to help cool things down. I’ll come back again.

I became aware of this place on TikTok, so I was excited to come visit. Honestly, this was a complete letdown. They didn’t have a lot of the key menu items are waitress was attentive, but looking around everyone else seems to be more concerned with talking to each other than being a weight staff. The place was nice and clean, but it’s early I blew. This will be my last time coming here.

Great lunch spot. I decided to try the Mediterranean Lamb Burger, it came with Roasted Spicy Peppers, Dill, Garlic, & Feta Sauce, and House Chips. Perfectly cooked and full of flavors. And my wife went with the Patty melt, it was served on a Springer Hill Patty, Grilled Sourdough, Caraway Onions, Melty Cheese, Russian Dressing, with Fries. A great combination. The service was amazing the staff were friendly. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Visiting San Antonio, and looked for a spot close to the hotel. This place is one of the best choices we could have made. The portions are plentiful. The atmosphere is warm. The food is fire. Everything tasted amazing . Although we came close to closing, we were not rushed. The service from Katherine was friendly and family like. Definitely a place to eat again and again.

There was no wait and the food was amazing. The waitress was always smiling and had no problems answering questions and embraced mini conversations that we included her on. It made a for a great time out.

Although the food was amazing I think the best delight was the cinnamon roll.
