Kids gave me an LC ($15) gift card for Christmas. Tried to order online as they had a special. $5.99 for large 2 topping.
But no option to check out with gift card online. Called the store. Team member confirmed you cannot use the gift card online! Plus they dont do in person specials on Sunday. Little Ceasars is technically stealing from you. You do not have the option to use your gift card for specials. Anyone who pays full menu price for pizza there is getting ripped off. I asked if I could order online and pay in person. No not an option either
Way to put a bad taste in this patrons mouth little Ceasars with your corporate theft gimmicks.

I’ve never seen a Little Caesar’s with a drive thru. You just drive up make an order and that’s hand it through the window (like any other drive thru – it’s just different seeing at a pizza establishment). So interesting and cool.
This was a clean Little Caesar’s they had plenty of Hot and Ready as it is near James Madison University. Good service. I would come again.

I ordered a Thin Supreme Pizza last Tuesday evening! They were so Busy! Car after Car. Many customers ordered on line which is the Smartest way to order. I paid for mine then drove around and sat for 15min until it done. A Very Handsome & So Nice African American Gentleman brought my pizza out to me. I asked for 3 Pepsi’s & he ran back in & got them. I had to Tip Him! GOOD Customer service is Hard to Find along with Delicious Pizza! Thank you so Very Much!

As frequent as I visit little caesars, which is not that much.I put my order in through drive up and always have to wait ten minutes for whatever i want for them to make it. The store was dead, quiet.And you think they would have stuff hot and ready?As advertised, but they never have anything made. The manager has very poor customer service.
And I can see why.If the district manager is not correcting the problem after two phone calls, they are just as bad . Stay away from the harrisonburg location.It is terrible!!!!!

Ordered a large pepperoni in the drive through at 8:03pm, was told it’d be a 5 minute wait. Pull around to the front of the store to wait. Was given a beeper, after about 20-25 mins I went in to ask how much longer. Took probably about 10 minutes for an employee to see that they had customers in the store. The young man completely ignored me as I was standing at the counter and helped the customer behind me and went to the back. Another few minutes and the manager came out to the front. I was able to ask and was told “it’s in the oven, sorry baby.” And she went to the back as well. I wanted a refund after the amount of time I had to wait and especially after discovering our pizza was RAW when we got home. A roundabout total of 45 mins waiting on a pizza that was RAW and money down the drain for an inedible pizza. Absolutely ridiculous, terrible customer service. Take your money elsewhere.

✅️ They never disappoint! Drive thru workers are friendly!! My go-to for a relaxing meal with my son – to park, eat pizza, chill, and listen to a story CD. . .or you could watch YouTube. Decently inexpensive, and you don’t have to get dressed up!

Waited about 20 min for pizza. Pizza was OK. They didn’t cut deep enough when slicing so pizza was tearing apart, was a big mess. Slices were cut uneven…small and large slices. Front area wasn’t very clean. Employees are not friendly at all, very rude.
