Honestly, I love Little Ceasers and I haven’t experienced anything like this before which lead me to be very dissatisfied with the customer service of this location. I and my partner tried to call a different location but they didn’t answer. We decided to order from this location. We asked if we could order a pizza, which the other person on the phone replied that we could order but can only eat there. This confused us and my partner answered no I want to order for pick up/carry out. The person on the phone then said we could only order to eat there. We replied we only want to order a pizza, and the person on the other side of the phone then hung up on us. Usually, I understand if there was a situation but I don’t understand why we have to eat there, and If there was a reason the person on the phone should have explained better. Overall it was confusing why we couldn’t take our pizza to go and the customer service we got felt very rude. I hope this is a one-time thing.

Little Ceasars is the place to go for when you have kids over. I recently was there and while there is lots of convenient manners of ordering, I was a walk-in and while three, I saw first hand how attentive polite and fast the staff worked while placing orders, attending customers and making the pizzas. They are amazing young professionals! ❤️ Thank you for going beyond.

The worst! They left off all the meat off our pizzas! Tried calling them back but no one answered the phone. The pizzas were cold when they arrived. Just don’t order from here. They don’t care.

People here are extremely disrespectful to people. And they are wearing AirPods ignoring you the whole time you were trying to put in an order. They also are not helpful in helping you try to find out how to get the best deals or do you order at a pizza place. This guy with a beard was extremely disrespectful to me and my friends. Then he proceeded to give us the wrong meal. When we corrected him he screamed at us and then slammed a bottle of hot sauce in our food. He put the tongue of them out even though he slammed the thing on the table. I expect a refund because if not I will need to speak to a manager about the disrespected this employee has given me

It was fine. Not the best, not the worst little caesers in the DC metro area.

I consistently have positive experiences with this (Takoma/Langley) Little Ceasar location. Most times I order online/in app, and the order is always accurate, fresh and ready in (and *usually* before) the quoted time. On the occasions when I’ve ordered in person, even when there’s a wait or the establishment is busy, the staff is reliably nice, professional & working with a sense of urgency.

The Term hot and ready is often used to describe the pizza, but at this location It can also be applied to the pan handlers outside this establishment. Quite affordable.

Two weeks ago we ordered a pizza that was not delivered. We got a text with picture of the order on steps — that were not ours. We walked around the entire block and there was no pizza on any steps in the neighborhood. That night I spent a total close to 45 minutes dealing with Door Dash who referred me to the LC corporate office. Corporate told me it would be refunded. No apology. And it wasn’t refunded. That Saturday I called the store and was told a manager would call me back. No one did. On Monday I called the store again and the manager said he would refund the cost. No apologies. And it has been a week and there is no refund on the charge card. I sent corporate a tweet. They took my information and told me someone would get back with me. No one did. I have now spent well over an hour and a half trying to get back money for something I never received. Not only was there the pizza on the charge — there was a delivery fee and a nice tip on top of it. Basically Door Dash and Little Caesars didn’t deliver the product and kept the money. At first it seemed like a mistake, then incompetence, and now it seems like they are just stealing from customers.
