Ordered Italian cheese bread. Normally they give you a sauce. Today they told me I had to pay for it. No worries. I got sauce at home. When I get home n look at the cheese bread. It was burnt n dry.

We just picked up so we just ran in, but there was no wait. We got it right away. I think their Pizza was probably my second favorite. I didn’t care too much for I can’t remember the kind but it was the square you get 2 pieces of Pizza and breadsticks didn’t really care for it, but they’re Regular Pizza, we’ve gotten that couple times and that is very good.

My order was undercooked. I asked if they could finish cooking it, but they said no. So I asked for a properly cooked one. And the manager simply told me that if I wanted another one, I’d have to pay for it, and the one I paid for should be thrown away.

Such a disappointment, I ordered a deep deep dish pizza and when I got it, it was burned so badly I couldn’t make out what was the crust and what was the cheese and sauce.
I called the customer service and they gave me a refund ticket to get my money back. but when I tried calling the store, they hung up on me three times in a row.
Three strikes and they are out.
My wife was just there and she told me it was filthy there that you could see the dust on the windowsills and in the corners so thick that it would turn your stomach.
I wished I was with her cause she told me that they gave her such and attitude that she just left in the middle of placing her order.
I called them and just as I figured, they denied everything, Do not go here, you will loose your money from burnt or under done food, to rude and ignorant and disrespectful staff and management.
I just wished we could give minus stars, this place deserves minus ➖ five stars

My pizza was cooked fine, but the description of the old world fanceroni pizza says “topped with over 100 pepperonis”. The pizza I received was sparse for an average pizza, with less than 40 pepperoni on the pizza. Just feels like a ripoff, since I paid more money for more pepperoni.

Ordered two pizzas, they only sent 1, and it’s impossible to reach anybody but a call center who would only issue a refund that takes 24 hours instead of providing the pizza, which was intended to feed my partner’s four kids!!!
