Sonic is and has always been our go to when we are in a rush or just want some great burgers and corn dogs. Their onion rings are awesome! There is a slight sweetness to them that suspect is icecream in the batter…or at least that’s what it tastes like. This makes them my favorite onion rings around!

I am not knocking the employees at Sonic but the Owners for NOT Producing their food as pictured. For the cost of meals, I believe that the restaurants should give what they show for the price.

They are trashy. This is the second time I ordered something and they got it wrong. I asked for grilled onions and jalapenos and they ended up being cold. Y’all should learn how to make food look good and listen to customers. Thanks.
Update 11-25-20 I ordered cheese tots again but ended up with a slice of american cheese on it instead of shredded, also without grilled onions and jalapenos again. Talked to the manager because it was also cold and she brought me out chilis cheese tots when I obviously didn’t ask for that . K.. thanks yet again

The food is great, it could be better, but the staff is super friendly when we go and our food comes out fresh. There is lots of parking and a drive thru. I would recommend this place if you want to get a quick bite to eat.
My only complaint, which they can’t really fix, is that the entry road is right on a stoplight, and i have seen some crazy drivers almost crash trying to rush in. Again, not their fault, but it does worry me from time to time.
Other than that, i would definitely recommend!

I ordered the footlong chili cheese coney with extra chili and cheese. When I got my order, there definitely was no extra chili and cheese even though I paid for it. Went back a couple of days later, the same thing. I expect to hardly see bread when I ask for extra. Why am I paying for extra if I’m not getting it? Too afraid to send my food back, no telling what they will do to it.

I ordered fries and a hot dog and fries and they were so old. My fries were hard and my hot dog was really brown. Won’t be eating at this sonic anymore.
My boyfriend also ordered a chicken slinger and the chicken was old and the bun was burnt! This sonic is horrible!

I have been to this Sonic several times but haven’t been in about almost 2 years. The food is cooked way too long it tastes burnt. Also order 2 hot coffees and I got cold coffee and that really tasted bad. Not going to Lumberton Sonic again.

We ordered a couple double bacon cheeseburgers, and when we checked our food in the line (like you unfortunately have to nowadays), we saw the bacon was left off. When we brought it up to the kids behind the counter, they said they were out, but figured we wouldn’t care. We asked just to refund it, and then they said ok, that’s a lot of trouble, so they’ll heat some more up, but it’ll be a few minutes. We waited and then got our food. lol.
