I am so tired of trying to give this place my business. I love LC food but I dont appreciate being ignored by staff members without any acknowledgement of my existence. The wait is normally 10 to 15 minutes, which isnt bad if someone says they are busy with an order or need to get someone, but instead…. nothing. The lights in the front of the building were off, there was food in the heating cabinets, and the portal was empty.
I have additionally had times where they would wait on one customer, then walk away for 10 minutes before taking the next one without any explanation.
If there was any other LC on my way home or nearby, I would go there. It just gets worse and worse. I guess I will wait a few months and see if there is any improvement. Thank goodness for Sheetz next door.

I came in to order stood there for 15 mins. Waited another 25 mins for my food. 2 people working while 3 Rd on a phone call. The black young man blew his nose putting his finger up there.never washed hands just went back to making food. The big guy starts blasting music that is full on swearing I had my child in there with me. Pizza wasn’t cut through for coming out the oven didn’t seemed fully cooked and was not hot in the middle. Didn’t get sauce with the bread sticks. This place is a mess.

The spot you go for cheap pizza got a stuffed crust, pizza, pepperoni and mushroom with a side of cheesy breadsticks and a jalapeno Dipper. Was very unimpressed with the cheesy breadsticks. They look like just the regular breadsticks and they did a terrible job at cutting my pizza but it was still as good as it usually is. I would definitely check the pizza before leaving to see if they cut it right before. Trying to tear at it in your car with your bare hands

if i could give zero stars i would. this location had most of their workers outside hanging out smoking while the lobby was full of customers, my supposed 15 minute wait ended up being 45 minutes. then after all the wait, they wouldnt take my form of payment ($100 bill) for whatever reason. then continued to give me an attitude because i had to go get my $100 bill broken at the sheetz next door. terrible service.

If they mess up your order on a Friday night, no one can make a correction and they take your number and tell you a manager will call you back on Monday…..there are many other pizza restaurants to order from nearby that have managers that work weekend nights, won’t ever go to this location again.

Probably the best pizza in the area oddly enough. There’s some amazing spots in the city but since moving to the Allegheny valley area I’ve been major disappointment other than this little Caesars , which is about whet their standard is, maybee a bit better as this location seems to be a little less heavy on the sauce and probably has much better cost management as a result

Ordered online for pickup on 6-5. I like the track your order feature on the mobile site. Really like the sauce LC uses, it’s sweet and tangy to my taste buds. Pepperoni was plentiful on the pizza, as well as the cheese. Came out on time, piping hot, and was delicious! Although I prefer a crispier crust, no real complaints here.

If I could give less than one star I would. How hard is it to make a pizza that’s literally advertised on TV and in the store. My husband got the pretzel pizza and specifically made sure that he said extra nacho cheese on it (cause there shouldn’t be marinara sauce on it to begin with) . This was already over half an hour out of the way and when he got home it was just a normal pepperoni pizza. Not the one that was ordered. They don’t listen and if they do they don’t care and just do it their way anyway regardless of what you ordered. Save your time and money , don’t go here.

terrible service, terrible food, and attitudes. ordered online, 3 things get there they forgot the puffs, so I waited there while my pizza sat on shelf getting cold and they made the puffs, during that wait I watched him get on his phone multiple times, and disgusted looks on his face, then finally the food came out and he then tried to fold 4 boxes which he had issues with and took another 5 plus minutes, then loaded all the puffs in all the boxes while my pizza is still getting cold then instead of just handing my 2 so I can leave, finally he organized all the boxes, then eventually came out with my puffs and cold pizza, in the meantime everyone that walked in they yelled from the back, ” if you didn’t order online it will be over 30 min wait!” And of course people just left. the store lost at least 10 more orders and I got unedible pizza because not only was it cold now, it wasn’t even cooked right. this used to be one of the better little ceasers, it’s now off my list permanently. 3 people work there while 1 actually worked. oh and the constant cussing coming from the back. don’t even bother going there and waste money as I did…..
