This Little Caesars is great always fresh pizza, the service is not exactly super personable but not bad. They do a hell of job with they’re pizza, I gotta say probably the best Little Caesars I have ever been to. Food 5 STARS

I ALWAYSSSS have a problem here. But this one took it. I bought cheesy Italian bread .. no one was there wasn’t busy AT ALL…. They forgot the marinara like always but that’s not why I’m mad. Took it home for me and my 3year old & it tasted like dirty pans. Then didn’t answer when I called … had to throw the whole box out. Will never come here again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I came here at 1:45pm, 6/7/23, and the young black male at the counter never greeted me, never offered suggestions of any kind, and never thanked me! I’d give him a letter grade of F! The counter person SHOULD say, “Good Afternoon sir! How may I help you!”. Or “Hello! Welcome to Little Caesar’s, may I take your order please!”. At the conclusion of the sale, you should say something like “Thank you for visiting Little Caesar’s, please come again!”. Or say “Thank you! Have a good night!”. I GOT NOTHING FROM HIM! I’m only giving you 2 stars because the pizza was warm! I should give you 1 star because you ran out of lunch special pizzas! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER LITTLE CAESAR’S!! Believe it or not, there’s many other pizzerias in the Utica, NY area!!

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread with a coupon for them free I arrived at the store and the manager told me he was never trained on how to use a coupon I then proceeded to pay for another order I ordered and he gave me half of the order I placed over the phone and when I told him that wasn’t correct he told me to leave because he wasn’t going to argue with me I proceeded to tell him I wanted the rest of the order and he threw the other order at me through the window horrible training and customer service I am not happy fix you’re attitudes

I decided to give the slices and sticks a try. Got it with the 2 bottles of dew. $9.99 and it was really good! When I finished it off I wanted more the next day. I’ll be getting more tomorrow for sure. Very much worth trying!

Great service! Always friendly and great pizza!! Fresh dough made in store! Something a-lot of local places cant even say. You really taste the difference. Plus everyones so nice and helpful if you have questions.

we ordered ahead, waiting in line forever because all but one worker was out back smoking pot. We could smell it. and heard the one worker calling them back in because there was a huge line. When we got to the window they had no clue what we ordered. Our food was not cooked all the way through and the worker at the window was the rudest human ever. Will not go back
