There were no cars in the parking lot and I thought it was closed at first because there was no one at the counter and it looked dark. When I entered no one came to the counter for a few minutes. There were two pizzas ready to grab and go, so I picked a cheese pizza. It was OK, the kids were happy to have food but overall it’s not the best quality pizza. It’s mostly dough.

It’s too bad that these stores don’t seem to have the proper management. I like the product, but the service everywhere is horrible and this store is one of the worst. The employees never seem to be fully engaged with the customer; I always feel as if I’m inconveniencing them when I go to pick up my order. My most recent order was a mess. They forgot to put it in the warmer for pickup, so they weren’t sure where they’d left it. The pizza was cut extremely uneven, and they forgot to put one of my items in the bag. When I got home, I noticed that the two cups of sauce I had ordered were each only half full, so I paid for two cups but really only received one. I don’t think I’ll continue ordering here.

Blonde girl who was working was so unprofessional, acted as if she didn’t want to serve, very messy attire, no gloves and no hairnet. Her hair was all over the place, on her black shirt and all, she had the worse attitude and made me wish I had gone to domino’s instead. No stars but had to leave one for this review to go through!

Employees are slow and talk to much, it looks like they’re more focused on talking, cussing, and hanging out rather than doing their job and tending to their customers needs. They keep messing up orders and losing stuff. This place is a joke, the management is a joke, and the employees are a joke. Go to the other one.

The cashier was very polite and courteous, but when I got home and we realized something from the order was missing, we called the store to let them know what had happened. We thought an honest mistake it happens. The girl that answered the phone immediately got rude and accused us of lying, why would someone lie about such a small item. It would have cost more in gas to go back to get it than the cost of the missing item. The bread sticks were hard as bricks, the garlic sauce was foul tasting, the thin crust wasn’t completely done, and rude terrible customer service. The deep dish pizza wasn’t completely cooked but we warmed it up in the oven and it was ok. Not sure how this store has a 4 star rating when just about every review I read has 1 or 2 stars. Little Caesar’s wont be getting any more of my business. I should have went to Lidos !!!
