Don’t eat here. Waited over a half hour for my pizza and when I asked what was going on I was told they forgot to put the pizza in the oven and they were busy (only two other customers in restaurant).

Called a few times to order and I kept getting a busy signal. When it finally did ring, the line was disconnected. So I went in to order my food. I was told that it would be ready in 25 minutes. I came back 35 minutes later and was told that it was ready. I waited another 35 minutes to get my pizza that was “ready”. I watched FIVE people who ordered after me get their food before me. The lobby was full of unhappy customers who had waited over an hour for their food.

What a disappointment. We used to love Little Auggies. But this was the second bad experience we had. Ordered delivery pizzas at 4:00 and was finally delivered at 5:30. And the pizza was COLD. Sorry you’ve lost any more business from me. And I will be telling others.

We go here to eat we order according to the menu price I get my bill it’s $ 15 over the menu price I question this owner makes me wait 20 min to come talk to me about this to only say oh are menu prices have changed I just haven’t had the time to update my menu so that’s what you owe and that’s what you will have to pay and she says the menu says prices are subject to change well I don’t care the server should have said are prices have changed so if you see something you like and need a price update just ask but I paid my bill and that’s the last time I go here

Every pizza is made to order, from scratch. Always great pizza and friendly service. Recently, out of curiosity, I tried the cauliflower crust. It was SO good! Been eating Augie”s since they opened in Breese and no pizza compares!

Ordered a few pizza’s at 8:10 pm. They said it would be here in an hour. I called at 9:40 pm and they said, “Oh sorry, we had a lot of deliveries.” Pizza arrived at 9:50 pm; under cooked, cheese sticking to the top of box on one, and one pizza wasn’t hot. I have had their pizza many times before and know what to expect from deep dish and medium crust, this was not done. The inside was sticky dough and not done, that was the worst. I didn’t call back because at this point it’s 10 pm and we were hungry, so we ate the topping off and the back crust. That’s it for me, after many times of long weight times and less than apologetic conversations about it, we won’t be ordering or recommending again.

Hadn’t been in a very long time, had a taste for it, brought family who had never been. Took an hour to get our bread sticks, they were slightly burnt. Then our pizza came out and it was even more burnt and hard as a rock, my knife wouldn’t even cut thru the crust. Could not eat it, the manager took care of the bill since we didn’t even eat a piece. But he acted like that’s how the pizza should always be. I’m sorry but the Augie’s I always loved was very soft crust and by far the best I’ve ever had. Not this time.

Little Augie’s is always a treat. One of the few places I can honestly say I’ve been going to for well over a decade. I have never had any issue here. Staff is always friendly and pizza is always good. I prefer it crisp on the brick.
