Authentic Chinese food. This place is really good!! Make a reservation before going there. They don’t allow walk-ins!

The manager was nice enough to let us in even though we didn’t have reservations. (The dining room is normally closed for walk-ins, I think due to post-Covid health and cost saving measures.) We were the only party there that night. Food was very authentic.

Our first time at Lin’s was great!! As newbies, there was a bit of a learning curve regarding what to order, but our server made sure to give us great recommendations tailored to our needs (spicy vs not spicy, etc). The food is SO good and nothing like American Chinese – don’t go here if that’s what you want. From apps to dinner to dessert, we loved everything we had. There does not seem to be a drink menu but they do have plenty of options, you just have to ask.

The food I have had here is pretty good, so I’ll give them the stars, but the service here is terrible. Don’t walk in and try to order, even just take out, they will act like you offended them. The restaurant was empty, no one person there. They wouldn’t seat me, which is fine, but I asked the order take out and they said one order would take a long time and I was better to not order.

Placed an online order at 4:38pm that was promised for 5:11pm pickup. After leaving my home and halfway to the restaurant 15 minutes later the restaurant called me and told me that since it was a weekend and they had a big party, the food would not be ready until 6:30pm over an hour after it was promised. I asked for a discount but they refused. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and cancelled my order and will not be returning. There is no indication on the website that the order would be so late which would have been more understandable but it just ended up being a waste of time and gas.
