This is a place to go if you are in the 40-50 year range. Felt like a Cheers episode.

Definitely your corner bar with locals where everyone knows each other. Friendly place, and the guy working the bar definitely knows how to make a cocktail.

I enjoyed myself and a nice atmosphere to relax and listen to the conversations.

Lindsay’s is my go to place when I am in Rockville Centre. I usually stop in there when the owner, Matt is behind the bar. He is a great guy and a great bartender. Matt has no tolerance for nonsense and will not serve anyone who is under 30 years old, which is what makes this bar such a great place. The establishment always has a great crowd of mature adults.

Felt a bit racist because we tried to go in last night & bartender kicked us out because we werent 30 ive never once had that happen in my life and he embarrassed the hell out of my friends and I (we were just at the french bistro across the street & had a beautiful meal and paid over $600 lol, we were not some disrespectful rats off the street. We also all work in the industry ourselves. We had good money, were all over 25, we had one who was even 29. Who in the hell does this place think they are?

Great cocktails, but incredibly racist. Lindsey staff and patrons would not let in my friends as they were not 30 years old, but would let me in at 22 without issue. Any time I am to enter with people of a darker tone their minimum age requirement changed depending on how they feel.

This is not a place that deserves any support or recognition.

If I could give this a chance place 0 stars I would. My name is Lindsay & I came to this place to celebrate my birthday. As I took a picture outside with my friends in front of the “Lindsay’s” sign the windows got closed and door got locked.
Once open I asked if I could enter for a drink with my friends while we waited for the train to come to head back home and we were all told no. This place wasn’t closing for another 30 minutes and we were treated like complete trash. Do not recommend to anyone

If I could give this restaurant a zero I definitely would. My friends name is Lindsay so we thought it would be fun to take a picture outside of the restaurant. One of the employees came and purposely closed the door after seeing us there. And it wasn’t even closing time. It was my friends birthday tonight and we had asked to just take one shot together and we were refused. I don’t recommend this to anyone.

This is my favorite RVC bar to go to when I want a quiet drink in a nice, but low-key atmosphere. Right next to the train tracks, but still somehow off of the beaten path. It’s never too loud, never too crowded. My kind of place.
