I’m giving it five stars because these days it’s rare to get really good fast food.
Service was great. Little bit of a wait but the food was fresh and correct. Got the Frisco combo. Very good experience passing through Spartanburg. Best fast food fries we’ve had in a very long time!!! Sweet tea and coke were good as well.

By far the best Hardee’s around. Breakfast staff is always so friendly, and treats you with respect. They seem to really like their job.
Biscuits are always a nice golden brown and not overcooked. A big change from most that I have been to.

Do you like a fresh, hot burger? Do you like your burger made to your specifications? Then this is NOT your kind of Burger place. My burger was cold, hard, and obviously not freshly made. My wife’s burger was supposed to have extra onions.. she got NO onions… I go there about 3 times a week, because frankly I can eat anything… This is not unusual, at least around 5 PM

Ordered the number 2 combo today. The person who took my order clearly doesnt want to be working the drive thru. He wasnt rude, but wasnt a nice person at all. Barely talked and has zero customer service skills. I was the only car in the drive thru and they pulled me forward. Not a single car came through the drive thru while I was there. Made no sense to pull me forward. You are worried about service times? Well I know I waited the 10 minutes I sat there. Was brought my food 10 minutes after I ordered it. No napkins and no receipt given to me. The fries were absolutely the worst fries I have ever been given in my life. Those fries had to have sat under the heat lamp for hours. They were cold and not even edible. The toast for my burger was split in half and had so much mayonnaise pouring out of it. The outside of my toast was soggy. The burger fell apart while I was eating it. This is the worst Hardee’s I have ever been to. This experience was so bad that I will never go to any Hardee’s again. The only positives I can say about this place is the bacon was cooked well and my cherry coke was good.
