Beautifully prepared food from a small but varied menu. Quality was excellent and definitely prepared with love. Front of house was superb and the chef even came out to chat after service. We had the €39 menu with wine, aperitif and coffee €118. We will return.

This restaurant provided an amazing and unexpected dining experience in a small village. We have eaten in Michelin starred restaurants which were not as good as this.
The food was exceptional – fantastic produce, beautifully presented by a talented chef who clearly loves and understands the produce and wants to show it at its best. The front of house staff were knowledgeable and were able to provide great advice on drink pairings.
Worth a detour or special journey. We will be recommending to our friends and we will return.

If you want a fantastic meal for that special occasion try the taster menu, 7 courses that will please the eye and the palate. Great little restaurant with lovely knowledgable staff, 25 cheeses and she knew them all, that guide you through the evening. Good range of wines by the bottle or the glass.

We had a table for seven for a birthday. I asked in advance if a vegetarian main course could be provided. I was reassured. Everyone else had a wonderful meal, beautifully presented. I was given a boiled egg with brioche and a tiny side plate of three vegetables in cream. The egg was boiled in truffle and cream but it was a boiled egg. I felt I couldn’t complain given the occasion but I was charged full price for this small, unimaginative main course. It would have made a wonderful starter but it reflects an all too pervasive misunderstanding of the difference between a plate of vegetables and a vegetarian meal. Hugely disappointing. I can’t go back and hope the restaurant will think more carefully about what constitutes a vegetarian meal rather than a plate of vegetables. There are plenty of possibilities: pasta, risotto, curry, polenta etc.

High quality service, very friendly atmosphere, even the chef come to ask feedbacks at the end of the dinner.
The food was very well presented, good quality local products, balanced tastes.
We particularly loved the truffle egg as a starter and the abricot for the desert.

C’est le meilleur de tous les temps! We have been visiting Corrèze for seven years and this was the best Menu du Jour we have ever had! I hope they will get a Michelin star, but then again no – it might become too expensive!
