We were there for supper on 11/16 and it was hands down the worst service I’ve ever seen at any restaurant anywhere! I used to live in Ainsworth 20yrs ago and it was easily the best Pizza Hut anywhere by far. So sad what it has become.

Arrived to dine in and not super busy but they were working. Everyone had smiles and were very polite helping us. I believe the Manager Amber K. was the one that was non-stop helping out anyway she could to her team and still found time to talk to customers. She is absolutely amazing and highly recommend keeping her around as long as you can. Wonderful job thank you.

Was in Ainsworth for a extended job and this Pizza Hut is the best I’ve ever seen. Probably eat there 5 time in 5 weeks and they are on point. Food was hot and cooked right. You won’t be disappointed.

We were just there July 7th, 2025 and had a couple different kinds of pizza and pasta, while all was good the pan pizza was actually the best pizza I’ve ever had!!! The crust was perfect!!

Servers were incredibly kind and smiley! Though half the soda machine was out of order, the pizza was so well cooked and delicious. The restaurant was very clean, not crazy small, and it felt like a good casual pizza place. Loved it tons.

Absolutely terrible experience. Waited an additional half hour for my food which should’ve been ready when I arrived…not to mention I stood there for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged. The card reader was down and they weren’t able to provide me with a receipt which was very frustrating. Someone in front of me asked for more Buffalo sauce on their pizza, and they were rude to her and wouldn’t accommodate her simple request. I had asked for extra sauce on my pizza, and it was dry as the Sahara. Will not be back.

Ugh I’m so tired of Ainsworth Pizza Hut being a joke. A few years ago it was always good food with great, reliable service. I just think well, I’ll try one more time – how bad can it be? Well this might finally be the last time. I went to pick up my carry out and it took over 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my existence. There was no one else waiting and there were 2 guys making pizzas. Both looked at me several times but didn’t say anything so I assumed someone else was supposed to be helping me, but they were busy or something. But no, eventually one of the guys came to get me my order. How about a “we’ll be right with you”, or “wait a moment please”? Nothing.
When I got home to eat my food, there was not one single piece of chicken in my chicken Alfredo pasta. The cheese sticks were doughy or soggy or something – I’m not sure if they weren’t fully cooked or if they had somehow gotten moist on the bottom. Not good. Possibly my worst experience with Pizza Hut yet and I’ve had plenty.
