Date with my boyfriend here! We went about 7-8 on a Monday and they weren’t too busy. Wait staff was very attentive, especially for there being only one man with 4+ tables. The shrimp and pork spring rolls with peanut sauce were crisp and presented well. Love how flavorful the peanut sauce is in combination. We had the round steak and flank steak pho — broth was delicious and ingredients were fresh. My boyfriend says this is his favorite place now for green tea and my smoothie was so so good 🙂 thank you Lieu’s staff for a fun night!

The place has excellent food and service. The quality and care is impressive. Everything is made well. My wife raved about the broth of the Pho, and the Vermicelli bowls are well made. The tea is brewed and the lemonade is fresh squeezed. Atmosphere is not bad either. It’s a little posh but still very relaxing. Definitely worth a try.

Best authentic Vietnamese in Fort Worth or DFW for that matter! The first thing you notice as you enter is the kitchen on the right and it is IMMACULATE. It’s spotless and clean and tidy. But the food is amazing, absolutely amazing. We get take out here every week and it’s always perfect. There’s never a bad day. The egg rolls are just like they have in Vietnam. Same with the pho soups, the pork chops. Everything. Try the flat rice noodles with either a meat or tofu. Fried rice is fabulous. Any of the phos are good. Don’t miss an opportunity for a delicious, authentic, well priced meal!

We were on our way to another restaurant for lunch when we saw Lieu’s on 199 and changed our mind. Glad we did! We found some amazing authentic Vietnamese food. The server was very quick and seemed to be operating the entire restaurant by himself, which made the experience unique. We opted to try both the crispy egg rolls and the spring rolls, both were top notch. I like that they serve the egg rolls with the lettuce pieces to make a wrap and dip with the sauce! Soooo good!!! Also tried a bowl of Pho with the variety beef, came with brisket and meatballs. Very flavorful and hot! Very similar to the Haltom City pho, if you’ve been over there. Restaurant has seen better days and needs some TLC, but the food and service are top notch! I’d highly recommend this place for some FIRE Vietnamese food. Can’t wait to go back.

Authentic food and quick service. Would give it a 4.5 stars but Google doesn’t give half stars

The people were nice enough and explained what’s going on with shortages in fresh ingredients. I don’t think the quality issue was entirely their fault. I ordered chicken pho but the bean sprouts were slimy and brown. They did say they just got their shipment in today and that the browning is due to the heat while in transport rather than not being fresh. I was not allowed to purchase extra basil due to them not having enough which I understand can happen sometimes these days so no big deal. I’m picky with Thai because I have no patience for wilted brown veggies. Thai is supposed to be all about freshness of the basil and other veggies. The salad rolls were predominantly bagged iceberg salad that was brown and wilted. The actual soup broth was luke warm when it came out but not hot. The ingredients were a tad bit skimpy too. Nothing looked fresh at all. Not even the peanut sauce was good. There was a frothiness to the peanut sauce that was not the right texture at all. The husband and wife were not rude and the wife was kind & apologetic. I hope they are able to figure out a better market to source/transport their ingredients. Never skimp on freshness and quality. No matter how hard times become. Never make your cuts in quality.

The food was fantastic. I had the Goi Cuon for appetizer and Bun #89 for my meal. Tasted a lot like my moms growing up. I can tell the level detail and quality was put in to my Bun. The Goi Cuon was fresh. ingredients of both were fresh and could taste all the flavors. My new favorite Vietnamese spot. A place I can go if I want some thing close to what it was like at home growing up.

We came here about an hour before closing and everyone was so kind. We got pho, spring rolls and egg rolls which were all devine. The pho was super soul warming! All of the food was hot, fresh and delicious. My honeydew shake was top notch and refreshing I can’t wait to come back.
