Please report this establishment to 311. Bought muscles and fry rice with liver and gizart here. Always buying here for the last 10 years never had an issue until last Sunday. The muscles was hairy, fill with nasty stuff at the back , smelly and disgusting. When I call to Complain the lady answer the phone and busy talking to some drunk men arguing about tips. Then she comes on the phone saying are you there? When I told her the situation she says she don’t be in the kitchen to know what they do there that what is the complain? Are you serious? These type of people work there? This is a serious issue you could have cause food poison and you are asking what’s the complain ? Please do yourself a favor and save your money avoid this place. They need to be report to 311 and be closed down!!!

Please call 311 and report this establishment!! Stop buying from them. Last Sunday I order Musscles, liver, chicken fry rice. Took home the food only to find the Musscles very obnoxious, stinking, raw and filled with hair. It was not clean properly, did not even try to clean the back. How can you sell something like this to customers? When we call to complain the lady who is very rude and disgusting behavior is busy running her mouth on the phone with other drunk men and won’t pay attention on the phone. Five mins later she asking if I can hear her I said yes I can listen to all your disrespectful conversation you are having while ignoring that customers are on the phone. She has the nerve to say she is not in the kitchen to see what they cooking so what’s the Complain? Is this how she train to speak and deal with situations? I report this restaurant with pictures of the food to 311. This restaurant was the best. Never had such issues with them. Please save your hard working money and avoid this unhealthy and filthy place.

I hope the owner or whoever is in charge there sees this review…the delivery guy always asks for more tips, every single time, he is never satisfied with what is given to him. He stands there, checks it and tells you its not enough. He then becomes very rude. How awful!! This reflects so badly on this business. Also when you call to order the lady tells the price and always says “plus tips”. I have never experienced this before with any other delivery person. Its horrible!!!

I happen to like this restaurant because the fried rice is very flavorful and soft. They give a lot of chicken and the chicken is also flavorful. Definitely will go back.
