Absolutely wowed by our first visit. Finally a local pizza place that stands out from everyone else. Crust was amazing, perfect blend of favors with thin, crispy yet chewy crust. We tried two varieties and both were excellent, hoping the BBQ chicken they were running as a special joins the full menu!

This isn’t NY style pizza. The crust is too thick and chewy. The cheese is a blend instead of full-fat mozzarella, and there’s way too much of it. (Correction: I was wrong about the type of cheese. The owner says it’s full-fat mozzarella, and I have no reason not to believe him.) There’s not enough sauce to tell if the flavor is any good. It’s the same style as every other pizza in the area, except it’s not as good as the others. We won’t be going back. (Correction: We’ll try again in a couple of months to see if they’ve worked out the kinks. I’ll add a star based on the owner’s response.)
