What a great little place for excellent food! I went there with a few friends and we were pleased to meet the owner. She is currently a one-person show and may be out back in the kitchen when you get there. You can wait or just step out and say hi, and she will come with a happy smile to take your order. I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai and a glass of water. Our food came out faster than expected, and I was pleasantly surprised by the authentic taste. Everyone in my group had positive things to say about each dish. We had a chance to talk with the owner and were encouraged by her desire to do all that she can to run a healthy meal restaurant and serve her customers well. In the end, I recommend the Boba Shack. She did say that it would be helpful if you called in advance to let her know what you would like to eat, and she can have it ready for you when you get there. It’s good to have another healthy option in Tullahoma!

Picked up takeout from this tiny Thai gem and wow—so good! The owner was super sweet, and the food? Total flavor bomb. I had the noodles with shrimp wonton soup, Tom Yum soup, and a mango boba tea… all of it was . Can’t wait to go back for more!

Delicious food! The drunken noodles are outstanding– just the right amount of spicy, veggies cooked to the perfect amount, and noodles that make you think you’re eating at a noodle shop in Asia.
If you come with patience and a flexible attitude, you’ll have a wonderful time, as the whole operation is run by one person at times. Lovely, friendly service.

Didn’t get a chance to try food. We came in and waited, rang the bell, and the back door was open so we went out there. Couldn’t get anyone’s attention, no one in the building. Other customers came in as well … we all just had to leave- about 8 customers in total (I say about because 2 are kids )

This is where I tried sticky rice for the first time and fell in love with it. The coconut sticky rice is so addictive, and I keep coming back for more. The owner is a sweet pea and nice to talk with. She’s told me about the natural ingredients she uses in her cooking, opting for palm sugar, a key ingredient in her custard. The BBQ pork bun is also delicious. It exceeded my expectations, as the pork had no bits of cartilage or fat, something that’s hard to avoid when it comes to meat products. The popping boba is great too, and I was thoroughly surprised that the chocolate popping boba tastes like real chocolate. This place is worth visiting so much, that I wrote my college restaurant evaluation essay over it.

Great, great food and the owner/chef is an absolute sweetheart. She said she used to be on the square in Winchester. She is in a food trailer out back until restaurant opens up. She needs city OK to put up a new sign so it has old business name up. I walked away with lunch for $10 which is nothing to complain about nowadays.
