We had an outstanding experience at the Matthews location. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel compelled to because the experience was uncommon & outstanding. From the moment we walked in the door, we were warmly greeted & welcomed in. The counter person (who we later found out is Jeremy) was polite, informative, patient & friendly, while we figured out our sandwich choices. The other young man (who we also found out is D) gave us such a bright smile & we engaged in friendly chatter while our sandwiches were prepared. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his job & the customers. It is soo rare to encounter friendly, attentive workers as these 2. Not only were they friendly & welcoming to us, but we witnessed this same behavior to the other customers in the store. I just wanted to take the time to mention this experience. We are happy to have had the pleasure of meeting these wonderful young men! Great job D & Jeremy! Keep doing what you’re doing!

Main Jersey Mikes location I always come to. Usually always good never any issues, except tonight I got the rosemary parm bread and it was very hard almost like the bread was either 3 days old or overcooked. Made for a not so enjoyable eating experience. Their sandwiches are much better with soft bread

Great customer service at Jersey Mike’s! The manager went above and beyond by printing out a receipt for me days after my transaction, which I really appreciated. On top of that, the food was delicious. Definitely recommend this location!

Jersey mikes is one of my favorite chain sandwich places. I have been to plenty of locations and this one is by far the best one! Food is always great and fresh! And the atmosphere is super inviting. The Manager does an amazing job at remembering orders and the names of the regulars that come in. Even the staff are friendly. Best costumer service!

This place SUCKS. Incompetent employees who can’t ever get an order right. I live in the area and order from here regularly out of convenience. However I will not be doing so anymore, at least 4 times my order was not made the way that it says on the receipt. Management clearly has no control over the quality of the food they put out. Consistently leaving items that cost extra(bacon, extra meat) off of the sandwich but still have me paying full price. I love jersey mikes but this location is the worst in the COUNTRY!

Just stopped in Jersey Mike’s for lunch and had an awesome experience! Zach was super friendly and really went above and beyond with my order. You could tell he actually cared about getting everything right, and the sandwich came out perfect. Great attitude, great service, and great food — can’t ask for more. Shoutout to Zach for making the visit a great one!

The manager Dee is an absolute gem. He remembers my name and order each time. It’s not only me but he remembers a lot of his customers. These guys make hundreds of sandwiches a day and the fact that he remembers details like that is rare. I own a small business and I dream of finding team members like this. Well done!

We haven’t tried this location since they moved from over by Sports Academy. We went on a Friday night. This location was not busy, but had a steady flow. We were able to order quickly without much wait. Sandwiches were made correctly and quickly. Service staff was friendly. Overall we had a good experience, subs were as we ordered, and will be back.
