The food is good, but lately everytime I order they mess something up with my order. I order 2 steak and cheeses, and I only got one. As well as I ordered extra sauce, and added bacon to a meal. I got charged for it, but didn’t get any extra sauce or bacon. I wish their communication was better, or maybe the ladies who take the orders were better, this is like the third time they’ve messed something up, just very disappointing.

I’ve had pizza from here several times now. It’s always been great and doesn’t disappoint. Not sure how or if this one is connected to Sabattus House of Pizza but I like the pizza from this one more. With that in mind, they do have an extensive menu beyond just pizza. I’m not sure how well those other dishes fare, but judging the pizza on its own it’s definitely good quality.

Great pizza, best bang for your buck anywhere in Lewiston Auburn. You get a free 2 liter of soda with every large pizza! We got a large pep, large meat lovers, breadstick, 2 orders of wings, and a large fry, two 2 liters of soda, and it was only around $70. Anywhere else would have been closer to $100 easily. Wings are awesome, pizza is awesome, highly recommend them!!!

This is use to be the place to go but recently they have gone downhill and fast. I don’t know if it is a new crew or they just don’t care. Place is dirty, they don’t have certain food ie: salads, onion rings or take out boxes. I am really disappointed. Use to be my favorite place…Guess I will have to find another one someplace. Extremely poor customer service I called to ask where my order was after waiting 1hr 45 mins only to find out they wrote my address wrong but didn’t call me to get the correct address when I finally got my food another 40 minutes after the call I made to them it was cold and nasty! Helpful tip repeat the address back to the customer on the phone to make sure it’s correct and calling the customer back instead of waiting for them to call is the proper thing to do in an incident like this! Over 2 hrs for one pizza and wings is absolutely ridiculous.

I spent $66 on pizza that was never delivered. Owner refused the refund, saying the delivery driver swore he delivered it. Unfortunately the delivery driver is a liar, he never even came to our door. After spending hours on the phone with LHOP we had to get police involved to report theft.
