Tonight we visited Rancho Grande. We went to have a few Margaritas ( regular and strawberry) . Both were delicious. We weren’t too hungry so we enjoyed the egg roll appetizer which was really good. Food was good , service was good. We visit often and enjoy it. Our kids really love the chips and hot sauce.

Food was good sauce could of used a little spice to it. Rice was on point, beans were just ok. Tortillas weren’t good they tasted like the they were bought already pressed they just cook them there super thin and perfectly rounded .

Was in town for a event so stopped in for dinner. What a big disapointment. Salsa is warm and watery, not good at all.
My husband and I had different enchilada dishes and both were horrible. The meat had no seasoning whatsoever, it was very bland and their red sauce is just tomato sauce! Seriously use enchilada sauce!! Probably the worst Mexican food I have ever had.

First time in Carthage and this restaurant. Food was awesome I plan on being back. I must admit I love jalapeño tree also but church member brought me here and it did not disappoint. I had fajitas I wish I thought to take pictures but ill do that next time. I will say may need to expand parking but I believe they know that lol

Always a good experience! This trip was to celebrate our special needs cousins 71st birthday, and they made her feel like a princess. There were 11 of us, and 6 were special needs, and they all were treated with respect! Food was great!

Food was good, the queso was a little colder than I would have liked and the fajita beef in my enchiladas could have used some more seasoning, but the meat was tender and we got our food fast. Our waiter was great.
