Ordered a chicken combo, a burger, a Caesar salad and large chili. Didn’t get my drink with the combo. No spoon for the chili and with everything I ordered they gave me ONE napkin. Employees were very nice but management must not know how to train employees to make sure their customers get everything needed and ordered. I almost never go to Wendy’s and now I’ll never go back. Multiple basic problems, basic.

Shout out to Cashier Dani. From the moment we walked in she was happy and quick to take our order. She even came out and asked if we needed anything else. It was nice to walk into a restaurant that the employees are happy to see you.

Did an online order ~15-20 in advance. Drive through lady was nice. However waited 20 minutes for a sausage and cheese muffin and a small potato. Had other people come up behind and they were done first. Once I received the food it was cold and the bread was hard. Will not go to this location anymore the staff sucks now.

I was in the drive through on Monday night (9/29), at 8:05pm. The boy in the 1st window was short with us, and extremely unhelpful. Instead of saying hello, or politely telling me what my total was he told me “13 bucks.” I tried to ignore it and get my points scanned and and when I said it was okay if it wasn’t working, he aggressively put the scanner back down. When I tried tap to pay he was extremely unhelpful and wouldn’t just turn the machine so I could hover my phone flat down on it, instead he just held it out the windows awkwardly and made it very clear he just did not want to be there. My boyfriend and I were very unhappy as we have worked in customer service since we were 15. Super unprofessional and made me not want to return. Second window was fine, they were busy but not rude. Food was great, but the first face I saw was not.

Went in the evening and the manager was horrible she needs to learn how to train her staff people were everywhere the food was like hockey pucks I would have to blame it on the night manager she was rude and of course I couldn’t call back management horrible horrible service don’t go to Grand and the dates on these posts are ridiculous post from years ago wow up date people!!! Come on!!

Terrible service rude lady who would rather text people on her phone in front of me instead of appropriately do her job.Phones should not be allowed in front of customers especially well your giving them change when you won’t take there change to make difference and tell them ” just take it anyway” how rude and unprofessional

Dashers, be aware: if an order has to be delivered by 3:39 and it takes 6 minutes to drive to the customer, the store must have the order ready by 3:33 at the latest. Otherwise, we risk being marked late, even if we waited patiently, and it affects our on-time metrics.
Too many locations don’t prioritize this, and it ends up hurting drivers who are doing everything right. If a store consistently causes delays that push past this critical window, Dashers are better off dropping the order to protect their ratings.
Customers should know: if your food’s late, it’s often not the Dasher’s fault, it’s because the store didn’t have it ready in time.

Order is always missing something whether you arrive at lunch or dinner. Staff is poorly trained and lack customer service skills. Staff will blatantly ignore customers at the counter until conversations are completed. If you order through drive thru and something was wrong they make you wait an additional 10. I guess I’d recommend going into the building knowing this will happen. Good luck getting any food warmer than room temp, and if you call to speak with management it’s clear they don’t require drug testing for a job.
