The place is cute and clean but the service is immensely slow. I’m sure they are understaffed but it shouldn’t take 20 minutes to make a bagel. The food itself is decent, I’ve had a few other food items before but they were either burnt or gooey. Their bagels are good most days but someday they are tough like overcooked steak.

I came in excited to try a new place! I work at a coffee shop myself, so I know what it’s like to work at a place like this. As soon as I came in I noticed how beautiful the place was, and how cozy it looked. However, I did not feel welcomed at all. We ordered more than the normal drinks and definitely got a certain vibe after ordering. It felt as if they were bothered by our presence, as if they were talking about us after purchasing an almost 50 dollar order (including tip). We are not from this area, we were so patient and excited, but the workers were definitely off which was disappointing.

This place is amazing! The business has been around as The Pink Elephant for a number of years, but this is their new, permanent home! The same outstanding friendly service in a beautiful new atmosphere. The food is incredible, the employees are always warm and make you feel like family.

Such a lovely place! The quiche, coffee and breakfast bagel were all so very tasty, fresh and served quickly with very friendly service! Be sure to visit if your in the area! Theres a drive through too if your in a hurry

Great experience! Went through the drive thru and ordered a cold brew and latte. Glad we stopped here rather than a chain coffee place, because the flavor and coffee mix and quality were worth it!

The outside look was what caught our eyes to try it out. Love the look of it. Iced coffee was delicious, I did get a medium but I felt like it was more sized as a small. I felt like it was priced good though. Drive thru staff was friendly. Will be coming back.

This little coffee shop has a variety of drinks and menu items and if you’re passing through Elgin, it’s definitely worth the stop. Mrs. Flip Out had an iced matcha latte with mint and she said it was the perfect afternoon drink. The added mint was a refreshing twist on a matcha latte. Mrs. Flip Out likes the matcha here because it does not have the same bitterness matcha can have other have at different shops.
