12 dollars for an inch of mac and cheese and you forgot the chicken as well as the bbq sauce. No onion either. I order bbq mac and cheese with chicken every time. Since I’ve started ordering at this location it is always missing some part of the combo. I paid 12 dollars for a scoop of velveta this time. Please Kikis, I literally love you but get it together you suck. I am a fool to want you. Maybe consider making this Kiki’s a Rocki’s.

Great food and great service. I moved to Folsom near Prairie City Crossing last week. Awesome selection of restaurants near home. I was craving chicken, Kiki’s came up on Google Maps and I didn’t even realize they were so close to home. I believe I have tried everything on the menu except for the kid’s meal. I have loved everything I have eaten so far. The chicken tenders and garlic fries are my favorite. I have been going to Kiki’s after work every night for the past week. Tonight I had the boneless wings and potato salad with jalapeno ranch dipping sauce. Great as usual. Jalapeno ranch is my favorite sauce. I will be checking out the other restaurants at Prairie City Crossing for a little bit next. I will be back. Kiki’s definitely fulfills my need for fried chicken.

My kid & I just finished grocery shopping at Safeway and we were hungry. We decided to try Kiki’s Chicken Place because it is in the same complex. The restaurant has some table inside and it was pretty full when we were there. I ordered the food at the cashier & in about 10 mins they called me to pick up the food at the counter.
– Chicken tenders Tuesday ($1.50): I ordered 5 pieces for me & my kid. The pieces were quite big and they were crispy yet the meat was tender. However, they were flavorless. I had to buy their bbq dipping sauce ($0.50) to eat with the tenders.
– Garlic fries: delicious! It was the only thing that we enjoyed and finished. In fact, my kid couldn’t stop eating them. The fries were crispy. They put lots of garlic and it was delish! I wish they put more cheese on it.
I would go back just for the garlic fries! And maybe I’ll try their chicken win

If I could give the zero stars, I would and I’ve never written a review before, so that’s how, you know I’m upset. First of all, I waited 40 minutes for a regular 3 piece, tender combo. Which it wasn’t busy either n People after me were able to get their food before me and once I left and made it to work to finally eat. I ended up still getting the wrong order. When I called to get a refund, they said the manager wasn’t available or their card to authorize a refund on my card. So eventually, I’ll have to drive all the way back to folsom (from south sac btw) just to get my $16 back. This is complete BS Never again

Let me start this by saying I rarely if ever leave a review. This place was bad enough that I had to. This was such a disappointment. Smelled weird, should’ve left. Tried to give it a chance. No ice in the ice machine. Chicken was dry and flavorless. No sauce on the sandwiches. Fries were overcooked. Tacos had no flavor and some of the chicken was cold. Now I understand why it was empty. Overpriced cardboard. Expensive, save your money and just don’t. 0/10

Kikis Chicken for the the win on today’s lunch! The Kiki fries are flavor packed and the tenders were crispy but juicy inside. Garlic fries also had a ton of flavor! Officially a family fave!

Kikis sells not legitimate chicken that’s a fact priced for a family of 30 tenders $73 in change that’s overpriced price gouging for the fact it taste nothing like chicken it’s either 3d printed chicken or worse avoid all these chains like Kikis because I tried to give them the benefit of doubt but turned and my family in the bathroom for bad food that’s not qualified as chicken not even close taste wasn’t right nor was the way it tore and chewed it was like rubber or something of a cemetery please stay away from these establishments at all cost avoid like the plague

Food was really SALTY, like ease up a bit, but Staff was friendly. Place was Clean and a little busy, Best to Call in and Pick Up or Delivery with Door Dash. Chicken Strips are Generous Sized and about average taste wise, just as good as Carl’s Jr. or Chick-fil-A not exactly Stand Out, except for Saltyness.
