We placed a drinks order and proceeded to peruse the menu. The drinks arrived in a staggered manner and one of them was missing the requested garnish, which was rectified after a short delay.
The pumpkin soup and beef tartare arrived next. The pumpkin soup was absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend it. The tartare was overly tart being doused in too much lemon.
Next came the short rib ravioli, the pep pizza, the branzini and the pork chop. The pork chop was cooked well and had a nice sauce and the carrots were a nice accompaniment, the pep pizza needed to be crispier, the branzini was cooked perfectly and so was the ravioli.
For dessert we tried the tartufo and lemon sorbet. Both were very tasty but hard to eat with the rather small spoons, hard shells and big plates.
The service was very lax at our table. The second round of drinks took quite a while to arrive and one of the drinks went to several tables before arriving at ours. We were not checked on during the meal and I would have loved some fresh pepper or red chili to go with my meal. I think it may just have been too busy, but it was a shame to be let down by the service while the food was generally quite good.

The lasagna and lobster ravioli were superbly prepared, rich in flavor, and cooked to perfection. The calamari was excellent—crispy and tender—while the bread was fresh, airy, and a perfect complement to the meal.
The highlight of the evening was the Limoncello dessert, which was the best I’ve had—including during my international travels to Italy. One minor suggestion: I’d recommend omitting the chocolate drizzle on the plate, as it detracts from the pure, refreshing Limoncello flavor.
Overall, an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend Leonardo’s to anyone looking for authentic, high-quality Italian cuisine!
We ordered Panne Pescatore and Spaghetti Alla Carbonara, both popular choices. The panne was perfectly seasoned and delicious, while the carbonara was a bit bland but paired nicely with the salty bacon.
When we mentioned the birthday, the server surprised us with a pudding cake, making the experience even more special.
The interior had plenty of artwork, and I especially loved the landscape paintings in the hallway to the restroom.
With kind staff, good food, and a quiet atmosphere, it’s a great Italian restaurant I’d highly recommend!❤️
