I can’t believe we’ve been in plano over 5 years and never ate here! Amazing staff, super clean restaurant, food is incredible and I swear someone’s Abuelita is in the back cooking! Everything was perfect. Tamales are HUGE! Noodle tostada was my child’s favorite. Steak and eggs with ham was amazing. Highly recommend.

Excellent food. The vegetable omelet was loaded with vegetables, hash browns nice and crispy – but the real revelation was the Guatemalan food. I had the plate with Guatemalan chorizo with peppers and onions, queso fresco, Guatemalan cream, black beans, homemade tortillas, eggs, and avocado – and WOW, it was CRAZY good. I have also tried the Mexican style chorizo and eggs, black beans, with potatoes requested crispy and YES they did them right. Mom also tried a Very Berry Cinnamon French Toast combo (yum) and on another visit a West Coast Benedict – excellent benedict sauce and gorgeous avocado and eggs. Everything so good.
I had a major issue with service the first time I was here, but the owner reached out to me directly and I felt that my concerns were resolved. And the other times the service was outstanding. So it made up for it for sure.

Tucked away near Independent Square, Lily’s Café is a hidden gem serving authentic and flavorful Guatemalan cuisine. I started with a chilled Mexican Coke served with a glass of ice, the perfect refreshing touch.
For my entrée, I enjoyed two sunny-side-up eggs, black beans topped with cheese, sweet plantains, a stick of cheese, and two slightly thick tortillas that reminded me of pupusas. The plate also came with a side of steak that was grilled and seared to perfection. Every element was well-prepared and full of flavor.
The atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, making it a great spot for families, couples, or even a relaxed solo meal. A special thank you to my server, Erika, who provided attentive and friendly service.
I highly recommend Lily’s Café to anyone looking to enjoy delicious Guatemalan-inspired dishes with friends and family.

We went here for lunch, place was recently remodeled and looks really clean, service is always good in this restaurant, food is also very good in taste and portions. Great coffee no wait to be seated which is always a good plus. Spent about $12-$15 per person with drink, (no dessert/tip)

My favorite place in Plano tx, delicious food and the best service provided by the best server ever who’s name is Ludin, ask for him if you want to experience a good taste of Guatemalan food brought here to Plano.

The service here is really fantastic. We had Marco as our server. He was fast, efficient, super personable and very knowledgeable. He checked on us several times and never had an empty coffee mug. The food is a flavor explosion. There are so many marrying flavors in the dishes that it just makes you happy. I got the Mexican Benedict, my husband got the El Chapin. Both were so good that I ate all of it with absolutely no shame. You want good breakfast? Go here. You will not be disappointed.

First time visiting Lili’s Cafe and we were pleasantly surprised!
We found the restaurant on Google and decided to give it a try. The food was really good — my husband had the chow mein and I had the waffles and eggs, which were delicious. Prices are a little on the higher side, but definitely worth it for the quality. We’ll be coming back for sure
