Been wanting Lenny’s , but won’t go back to this one after the last time I ordered, requested to have everything on it and literally didn’t get anything on the sandwich except meat and cheese. Also paid for bacon on and extra meat on a hot sub and didn’t get either.
Service used to be good, now every other time I go they make it how they feel like making it. Sucks because I love Lenny’s but now I’d rather drive to Ocean Springs.

Walked in with 5 employees standing there. And not 1 greeted us. Or even said a word. After about 4 minutes we are finally spoken to. Made my order for a Philly cheesesteak. For a sandwich and drink it was $18 are you serious. Got my food and at least 1/4 of my bread had nothing on it. I don’t know what happened to the location. But the employees and food just aren’t the same. Yall should really do better.

It was their Anniversary special this day and things still ran smoothly. I ordered online and when I got there I just walked in and picked it up off the rack. Philly cheesesteak sub was so delish, add the Mac, you won’t be disappointed. Staff is always nice as well!

I ordered online and I dropped in to grab my food on the way home. Find out that my order was completely wrong and not edible to me with ingredients I asked to not have on my sandwich added in regardless. I called the store to have my money refunded and the manager in charge for the night refused to do so. I don’t know what happened to the service in all the years I have been going to this location, but this is unacceptable treatment to give to a customer. I have already filed for a chargeback as I absolutely will get money back when everything about my order was wrong

Jasmine Rankin and Julie Jackson, the general managers were completely condescending about my incorrect order. I’ve never been treated so poorly from a restaurant before and all I called for is to correct my order because I can’t eat the mistake they gave me. Terrible.
All I wanted was a turkey sandwich and this is the untouched mayonaise chicken salad and onion sandwich they gave me. Not only does it sound unappetizing but it is sloppy and poor quality.
