This cafe is very spacious with a large selection of pastries and baked goods to choose from. The atmosphere is very pleasant considering the smell is of delicious food. The place itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I was surprised by the insane amount of options they had. The desserts we ordered were adequate. We ordered the strawberry mochi donut and the pumpkin pie custard tart. I personally thought these desserts were good, but I do not think I would order them again. The mochi donut was a little too sweet for my liking and the tart had a crust that was a little too hard, but they still were tasty in their own way. Next time, I would try other options considering they have plenty more to choose from. The staff were also professional and kind while they offered their service. I would return to try more of their savory options, as well as different sweets.

This Paris Baguette has an amazing selection of fresh pastries! The Snowman Cream Donuts were adorable and delicious, the Coffee Croissant Donuts were perfectly glazed, and the croissant donuts were soft, flaky, and super tasty. Their savory items like the Ham & Cheese Pastry and Sausage Stick Bread were just as incredible. Everything looked beautiful, tasted fresh, and the bakery was spotless. Highly recommend this place!

The bakery Paris Baguette in Birmingham has always been one of my family’s favorite places for pastries and drinks. Unfortunately, I regret that I can’t give my usual five-star review this time. One of the staff members consistently treats me, and other customers with an attitude, and my orders are often incorrect. On multiple occasions items have been missing from my order, like cake slices, or drinks such as coffee have been served cold.
I don’t mind paying the prices, but I do expect to receive what I’m paying for. During my most recent visit, I felt unwelcome and almost like I was a burden to the employee helping me. I was even greeted with an eye roll, which was disappointing given how much my family enjoys coming here.
I’m not sure if there was a language barrier, but the employee helping me was very rude and dismissive. I tried to explain my order and was met with an eye roll and an unfriendly attitude. I understand communication can sometimes be difficult, but basic customer service should still be there.

This little bakery is a gem. Everything in here is amazing. If you are looking for specialty cakes, specialty pastries, tarts, croissants, cakes, specialty sandwiches, and coffee and tea – this is the place to be.

Just wow! I met a friend here on his request, and as someone with a sweet thooth I went to pastrie heaven. Choices, choices, choices. When asked if I needed help I said ” I’m gonna need a minute “. All fresh, hand crafted and pure deliciousness. As I am off of caffeine completely I can not fully attest to the coffee beverages but my pal assured me it was very good. The staff is friendly and actually came out on the floor and went over the different pastries with me, giving me a quick run-down of the selections. Could I come here and indulge everyday? Yes, without question however my waistline might have something to say about that, so for now I’ll have to fight the good fight and save Paris Baguette for when I want to treat myself, which I have a feeling will be very soon.

Tasty, and unique pastries! Loved the Mochi Donut and of course all variations of croissants. Always clean inside and the staff is professional and friendly. Definitely will return!

Wow! Such a vast selection of pastries . They even have some unique sandwiches . Parking was the only issue. It’s in downtown Birmingham. After a few minutes driving around we finally found a spot. But it was so worth it. The staff behind the counter were extremely helpful.

Everything was really good. I’ve had it a couple times. I’d recommend going. It’s delicious. It’s fresh if you go in the morning it taste even better. I really recommend going. It’s quick easy squeezy lemon Peezy lemon desserts. They are good so I’d recommend going good French desserts.

I have ordered from this place 6 times through uber eats. 3 out of the 6 times something was missing from my order. I keep giving them chances because their pastries are very good. But this last time Uber refused to refund me for missing items! Sad to say i won’t be ordering again!
