The young man at the counter on today is amazing. I ordered online 7/28/23 @ 2:45 pm when I arrived everything was fresh and ready. He went above and beyond to service me. He was amazing. He was courteous and smiled the entire time. That is what I called service with a smile.

5/7/2023-It was refreshing to come into an establishment where we felt welcomed.We were greeted with smiles and kindness from Tierra & Christy. Customer service was absolutely awesome. Our food was hot and fresh. The place was clean and inviting. Our order was served with perfection. I don’t know the cooks names but they were in point also. Everything was delicious. And that lemonade was oh sooo good. The staff had very pleasant attitudes. We will definitely be visiting this location again and again.

I went to Lenny’s with my daughter for the first time. The cashier Tierra and another cashier, forgot her name were really nice. They was talking and laughing with us making us feel welcome. They took our order and prepared them the way we wanted them. We had no problems, just great Customer service. We will be coming back to Lenny’s for now on. We like Lenny’s better than Subway. Thanks You Ladies.

This Lenny’s used to be good but the current management does not have that store under control. First off there’s never one around second and the most important part of my complaint is the fact I’ll call to verify first the closing time! I always show up no later than 15 minutes till closing I’m rejected, 30 minutes before closing rejected, 1 time 40 minutes before closing rejected. I work long hours and because this staff can’t keep there doors open till proper closing time I’ve literally have tried to eat there every Friday night for the last 7 weeks straight and can’t get a sandwich because we’re closed SMH!!!

My wait time was over 30 minutes. I ordered a 10 inch Philly on white bread. I was given a Philly on wheat and not informed about the charges. I also asked for no onions just bell pepper and was given the opposite. 2 cucumbers and 2 banana peppers for a whole 10 inch sandwich. The overall taste was satisfying but I would have love to have had my order in a timely manner and correct.

I have been eating lunch there for a couple times a month for 10 years. The past year or so the service and food has gone down. Ordered a sandwich today and it was made wrong so I sent it back and the guy that made it grumbled about it and made wrong Again. I just ate it anyway but probably won’t be back for awhile.

I drive halfway across town to come to this specific location. The staff is AWESOME. Kevin knows me as soon as I walk in the door. Today Emma took my order this time and is always pleasant. Kevin knows what I want and always makes my order as I like it. And I love that the man in the window is always the same. I aLove consistency as you can tell. So I’m a little disappointed with the turkey meat on my sandwich today. It tastes different and not as yummy as usual. It’s not a old taste. Just DIFFERENT than usual. So that’s why I didn’t leave five stars. I will come back one more time, hopefully it’s just my taste buds and not a new brand of turkey. Lord forbid cheaper. I would hate it if y’all have changed the brand of turkey that makes your sandwich stand out from the 20 sub sandwich places I pass to get to your store.

I went to this store and this is my first bad experience there, I was treated rudely, they waited on several customers who came in after me. I had ordered and paid. I had to go reorder several times, I asked for no pepper on my food so I got extra pepper and was unable to eat the food, I called and asked for manager and was told the manager is gone for today. I won’t be wasting anymore more money here, it’s a shame how people ruin a business.
