I love this coffee shop so much. They have cute trinkets near the front. It’s so spacious and calm. I got a vanilla latte that was 4.95 which you don’t see often in San Diego!! Their food is so yummy too! Last time I came they had a live band playing music!! It’s such a cute spot to work in and just relax!

Lemon Grove Coffee is honestly such a gem. From the moment you walk in, it feels like one of those cozy little hideaways where you could sit for hours without realizing how much time has passed. The coffee is the real deal, smooth, rich, and strong enough to wake you up but not bitter. The food is just as good, with fresh options that actually taste homemade instead of rushed. The staff keeps the whole place feeling welcoming and friendly, which makes a huge difference.

The area around the shop can be a little wild at times, with quite a few homeless and mentally ill people walking by, but that’s more about the neighborhood than the café itself. Once you’re inside, it’s like stepping into a totally different world. You forget all about the street outside because you’re too busy sipping good coffee, eating tasty food, and soaking up the atmosphere. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you’re anywhere near Lemon Grove.

One of my favorite coffee shops on my way to work! The vibes are amazing, the coffee hits every time, and the staff is always so sweet. Perfect place to chill, work, or just escape for a little caffeine break. 10/10 recommend. I really want to give a shout out to Madison. She’s always greet me every time and love the fact she remember my order. Super sweet and funny girl !

We love it here! The lady who took our order was kind & patient; the atmosphere is chill. Delicious coffee & food! We had the avocado toast, Thai tea danish (so interesting!) & a bagel with strawberries & peanut butter.

Visiting from Dallas, and this is such a cute coffee spot. Loved the staff. I got a smoothie…who gets a smoothie from a coffee spot… ME lol. Anyways, the everything bagel was good, BUT THE BLT stole the show for me. Also they have art and prints for sale. Pretty darn cute.

I randomly picked this place. I was driving Lyft and needed coffee. I drove by it and thought it was cute from the outside, and decided to turn around and try a new place out. OMG. I am so happy I stopped in. Plenty of parking right out front. Super cute, corner location. The barista young lady, Jayden I think she said her name is, was absolutely amazing!! Very kind, friendly, knowledgeable, excitable, beautiful, and wonderful! I even stopped in 15 minutes before closing. She was awesome!! I felt bad once I realized she was closing, but she welcomed me with open arms. I didn’t get anything special, but some espresso shots with oat milk and 1/2 pump of coconut. But it was delicious!! I don’t live anywhere near this place, but I’ll definitely be coming back. This place deserves all the awards. Tell everyone how amazing it is! I give it 10 out of 10+10 more just because Jayden (sp)?was so great!!

Great coffee spot decent food. Staff is great, friendly & fun. Love their specialty lattes. Loco coco & Hawaiian creme Brule are my favorite 1/2 sweetened. But a black cold brew also hits the spot. Great coffee shop ro study at too. Will definitely be returning.

I love this coffee shop! From the cute, cozy decor to the unique lattes (try the Tropical Irishman!) and the delicious food offerings – great breakfast and lunch/sandwich options. Barista Shannon is always so friendly and quick with service. A true gem in Lemon Grove.

I would love to give a big shout out to this gem of a spot very centrally and strategically located. The first time I came I had literally just moved into the neighborhood. I always try to support local business if possible (especially coffee). I was waited on by a very fun, sweet and welcoming Madison. I made sure I made note of her name so I could come back. She was so kind as she engaged me when I told her I was new to the area. I had a delicious Lavender bliss latte which was delicious. I also discovered they have amazing baked goods brought in (specifically a zucchini bread which is to die for). Let’s just say that I have been back several times – in fact enough to get bonus rewards (a very nice perk they have). I try to stop by whenever I am in town (I travel for a living) and have a nice coff, snack and relax. The whole staff are sweet, they have a cozy place to sit with pillows and they even had someone who did some acoustical guitar and singing. Once again – I have my favorite neighborhood coffee place just around the corner!

I tried this place for the first time this morning, and I will say I was disappointed. Upon arrival I was greeted by a barista, I had a few questions, it being my first time and all. The girl taking my order became very snappy at me very quickly. Moved on, got the specialty latte “Hawaiian Creme Brulee” and after waiting 15 minutes for my drink, it was WAY too sweet. I asked if it was possible that they could make it a little less sweet, and they said thats “just how it comes”. Both baristas I dealt with just seemed miserable with their jobs and maybe shouldn’t work in public service. I really did want to like this place, it’s very cute and could be convenient, but they clearly lack in the service and drink quality/preparation/delivery department.
