The waitress was very nice and helpful. I visited during their low volume hours and saw employees cleaning and working quietly. The food was great. The manager was at the counter and greeted me immediately when I came in. Everything was perfect. I’ll definitely go back.

We had a great experience. We were greeted a sat quickly. Our server was Kesha, she was very friendly. I asked her what she likes to eat here and she said the turkey gobbler sandwich. I ordered that I’m very picky when it comes to condiments on my food. I wanted to make sure there was no mayo and she double checked wrote it down and made sure it was correct when it came out. She also checked on us several times make sure our drinks were full and asked if we needed anything. Everything was really good. Thank you!!

I had an extremely great meal at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery on Chelton & N. Platte in Colorado Springs. The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious, and the portions were generous. Everything came out exactly how it was ordered, and you can tell the kitchen really cares about quality.
Our server Renee was friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. She made sure we were taken care of and comfortable the entire time, which made the experience even better. This location has a great atmosphere and is consistently reliable for a great meal.
I would definitely recommend this Perkins to anyone looking for good food, great service, and a place that makes you feel welcome. I’ll absolutely be coming back!

Service was terrible our server brought us small glasses of water
When i asked for creamer for our coffee it took 10 minutes
We waited 30 + minutes for our food
When my plate got there it had the wrong stuff so it got taken back and I had to wait and additional 10 + for it to get fixed
I got the country fried stake brown gravy mash potatoes and corn the country fried stake was burned and the corn was cold I work in a restaurant i understand things get messed up super easy and get forgot all the time but the end all be all was when my friend found plastic in her pancakes and we ask for our waters to be refilled and the server only brought 1 water to a table of 3 empty glasses ……We were debating going to Sandy’s. I regret giving this place a chance
Robert was the manager on duty didnt seem to know what was going on or even apologetic about the situation
That was unacceptable I will not be back
I would suggest going anywhere else

Velicity was our server tonight and she did great, got our food out fast quick and hot. She offered us deserts which we couldn’t deny with the sale going on now. Very family friendly vibes and bathrooms were clean.

first off i have to say that it started off a little bumpy dining room was starting to fill up it took a minute for us to be greeted but Drew was in training he made sure my wife got water for her medication and cindy our waitress was just awesome its really nice to have a server like her because you just know youre in good hands. my wife had bacon and eggs which you can get that anywhere but the muffins the blueberry muffins are to die for i had a cheeseburger for breakfast well i work the overnight shift at amazon so more like dinner. on the way out we ran into Drew again he tried tempting us into buying muffins to go then i saw the pies oh boy i will definitly be back for those hats off to a great place with a great staff!!!!!!

This has always been a decent place to eat. Sorry I always eat my cake (not pictured)before I eat breakfast. I got the brioche French toast platter and my wife got the two rivers steak and cheese skillet. Food was good the service was great tiffany was on it.

Came in to take mama rabbit to brunch before an appointment.
We were seated immediately. Our order was taken quickly, and drinks and food came out pretty quick. The coffee was hot and welcome with plenty of cream upon request. The coffee hit the spot for some much-needed caffeine.
I didn’t take a lobby photo to be respectful to other diners as it was pretty busy.
With small appetites, we shared the triple dare you breakfast, and it was perfect for two small tummy’s or one hungry one.
We made sure to get the bakery goodies to go. Cinnamon and pecan rolls and oatmeal cookies.

Came in today with my grandma for a nice lunch and we were highly disappointed. Originally we came to Perkins for the free pie but we were mistaken as it is on Mondays our fault ha! When we entered we were sat immediately and waited over 10 minutes to even see our server. Same as the first time we saw her we waited several more minutes for our drinks and I had to let her know we were ready to order or else we wouldn’t have been able to order for longer than we anticipated. My grandma ordered the fish and chips which comes with a salad and fries and I ordered the chicken strips with a baked potato and grilled asparagus. We didn’t receive our meal for a while longer we thought the salad would’ve came out first but it was the last thing to come out! I was very excited about my asparagus only to once again be very disappointed as my grilled asparagus was cold, and guess what the solution was, instead of remaking it my waitress came over with a plate and asked ME to put it on the plate so she can reheat it! Which made it even worse because it came back extremely soggy! Not only was my grandma and I disappointed at our experience but we were sat in a little back room by a server station and the reason for that was because every other table we could’ve sat at was dirty and continued to stay dirty even when we left they were still dirty, during the end of our time a CUSTOMER started to clean up the section we were in! How bizarre! Wish this place and the server is just having an off day because that was not what my grandma and I wanted for our lunch.

Perkins has improved. We had the best server I’ve ever had there she was so attentive and personable. The food was awesome and the atmosphere was great. The food came quick and hot. Are drinks were always topped off. And she was so nice to my grandmother and listened attentively to her while she talked her ear off. I just have to give it to her she was attentive, professional, courteous, kind and on top of everything. Go Sarah Perkins needs more servers like you. Oh and bring back the lemon pie the one that had the little whip cream stars on it it was your best pie ever. Anyways great service and great food as well as great atmosphere and look forward to dining there again soon thank you and stay awesome Sarah
