We ordered 2 shrimp dinners tonight for an easy supper. A great decision. (The shrimp are large, no small ones, fried perfectly, and they were delicious. By the way, I am very picky. The hush puppies were good, not out of this world, but very good. I wish they were a little bit “lighter” in texture but, again, they were good. I liked the Ken’s tartar sauce and cocktail sauce.

Love love LOVE the shrimp po’ boys and fries! And, I don’t know if they make the cocktail sauce from scratch or what but it is so awesome! Had to wait a half hour for our food (to go). I will call ahead next time. Well worth it though! I definitely recommend trying this gem!

Food was Excellent….My friend and I had the fried shrimp dinner…shrimp were large,hand breaded and fresh…and their french fries are hand cut..good portions/ plenty more than enough to eat. My wife had the Gumbo in which she rated as excellent and also the Tuna dip with hand sliced wavy potato chips. She rated the tuna dip as excellent along with the hand cut chips. We ate a late lunch arriving after 2. Service was great and food arrived hot and fast. We all 3 were highly impressed and would definitely give it a 2 thumbs up. Look forward to eating there again real soon.
