Texan family came. We had to make sure that they had a Philadelphia cheese steak. They were great. We stopped on the way back from a doctor visit. We are both handicapped. So we called from outside the door. They brought it out to it. Alot of meat and the rolls soft. Asked for deli pickles on the side.

Stopped by for a last minute dinner since no one knew what to eat plus just being overall tired and hot to make dinner…Picked up a grilled chicken caesar salad for my husband, a turkey and cheese hoagie for myself and a Philly cheesesteak for my stepson. The woman at the register was very nice and it was just her and a young man behind the counter. The establishment was clean (no one else was there when we went a little after 7 pm) and stocked with chips and beverages. This was our first time and took some time to look at the menu and decide. The woman behind the counter must have noticed and offered to help. My husband said he really enjoyed the chicken caesar salad; as for my turkey and cheese sandwich: not sure if it’s an option but for personal preference, I found the turkey to be too thick sliced and next time, I would ask if it can be thinly sliced..and also I would ask for a little more lettuce and tomato (again, just personal preference!) My step son said his cheese steak was good (No pic he ate it way later on that night coming home from work) The staff was super nice which made the experience great..I would try other items for next time but we did find it a bit on the pricier side.

Food is generally good. But the last 2 times I’ve ordered has been a bad experience. Last time they forgot an order. This time, I ordered 2 hours early. I showed up 15 minutes before the time I ordered for and checked in. Expected to wait 15 minutes since that was the time, but ended up having to wait 40 minutes. Personally, we will go else where when we want hoagies. No more Lee’s.

We were bamboozled led astray and run amok after ordering from this “fine” establishment. Everything from start to finish could be summed up as a horrible experience. We spent over $40 dollars worth of food/drink from this place. Attached below is the picture of the half cheesesteak. Clearly we made a mistake ordering the half cheesesteak because they barely put any meat in the sandwich and left HALF the sandwich with no meat. Please see picture to see how embarrassing of a sandwich this was. I don’t know if was the lack of effort or lack of the knowledge knowing that this isn’t half a sandwich. Customer Service if I could give a rating below 1 I would. Everything the woman/girl said in the store said with an attitude which made me feel very uncomfortable and clearly not welcomed. Would I be returning in the future most likely not. Would I recommend to fellow people…No shot in hell. I will reward this place with zero points and may god have mercy on those soul, because this was trash…

Got a chicken cheesesteak and ate about a quarter of one half and wasn’t really impressed. Chicken steak had absolutely no flavor (even though I asked for salt and pepper) and tasted very bland and just dry. The cheese was very chewy and not like it’s supposed to. I also don’t really feel great after eating what I have eaten.
Worst part was when I was about to bite into the other half, I find a nice long hair in my food.. Not eating the rest of this. Not to mention my co-worker said he got food poisoning in the past from this very establishment. I’m questioning the food and safety practices.
I will never order from a Lee’s hoagie shack again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.

Called this evening (6/23/2025 6:49pm) to place an order so my husband could pick up dinner on his way home. Ring Ring then the line goes dead so I call back. The “gentleman” on the other end Lee’s Hoagie house please hold but before he could fully put me on hold I hear Don’t hang up and call back!!! So I waited on hold for 10 minutes!!!!!!! No exaggeration. This was the first time “trying” to order from here, there will not be a second time.
