We had a great time eating at Thunder River Market! I’m on low carb and asked for the Chili Burger without the bun and he knew right away to make it a lettuce wrap. My boyfriend got the B-Ski burger and he absolutely loved it. I tried the jalapeno-blackberry jam and it was incredible. We also asked for a ranch for the fries and he brought us some but recommended the thunder sauce instead and he was 100% spot on. We never dip our fries on anything but ranch so this was a game changer. Pretty sure Butler took care of us, great service! We will definitely be coming back!

Services was terrific, food even better. Their BBQ burger is hands off one of the best I’ve tasted in a while. Their fried mushrooms have been the best my husband and I have had since moving nearby. My husband got the FN Burger and it was gone before I could snap a photo of it. Grateful to have great tasting affordable food nearby that isn’t McDonald’s!

Whelp, i had high hopes with other good reviews. Here’s my take. Thunder burger & bbq burger, served with fries although the menu doesn’t state that anything comes with it.
Food was decent with the exception of the burger patties were barely cooked and there was no ask of how we liked our burgers done. Also, burger did not come as ordered with thunder sauce, a mix of ketchup mayo & carmelized onions, on the side – no big deal i scraped it off after finding i didn’t like it.
The host, and perhaps manager?, was nice and promptly delivered drinks. Our server was a bit lackadaisical, barely checking in which wouldn’t be a big deal except that it took 45 minutes to receive food from time of order! She also took 10 minutes to come take our order after being seated. This is exceptionally long considering there were 2 cooks and only 8 tables. Apparently they were backed up because they prioritized the to-go orders instead of the dine-in customers which, is not only bad business, but also bad as an employer as servers only can earn a living wage via tips and they can’t get enough tips if they aren’t turning over tables, and they can’t turn over tables if the food doesn’t come out for 45mins. 4 of the 8 tables seemed pretty cranky by the time they received their food.
So after poor service, ridiculously wait time for food, undercooked food, and a smash burger (which is code for super thin patty) i would highly recommend either only ordering to-go or literally going anywhere else that has burgers. Sadly, not impressed.

Been there so 4 times so far. Ate the same thing each time, and each time it was goooooddd! Love the BBQ burger with thunder sauce on side. They even have fries I will eat and Im a fry snob. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Pricing is great! I can get coffee without paying 4.75 for a cup.

We have eaten there 4 times. 2 times inside and 2 times as a “pick-up” order. Food is always really good. Good prices. Depending on how busy they are, they usually get orders done pretty quick but im also a patient person and understand these are real people cooking real food and not some robot warming up prepackaged food. There’s a few qwirks as they are a very new restaurant but they are minor. I’m happy to have this place and appreciate their efforts and also grateful for their accommodations to people who need Gluten Free.
*Unfortunately they now charge a $6 fee if you place a pick up order. I dont understand the point of this fee other than maybe ensuring a tip but we’ve always tipped well when ordering a pick up. This was surprising and very disappointing and probably won’t be ordering a pick up anymore which in turn means we won’t be eating there as much.

Burgers where pretty delicious, fries also hit the spot!!!! Glad we stopped in to try on our way home. Definitely will be back.

I’ve been there a couple times now and each time has been an amazing experience with the most delicious homemade meals. Every burger we’ve eaten has been super delicious and handcrafted, fries are exceptional. But the service and staff go far beyond any other place in the valley.

The menu is interesting and the food is delicious.. Couples, Families, Individuals ALL are welcome. You must try this place you will NOT be disappointed! FINALLY Parachute has an exciting new place to dine out. FYI the sign may say Deli but it is definitely not what most people would consider to be a deli.
