It was my first time at this location today and the employees were very helpful with suggestions on what to get. I landed on the Spicy Cajun Chicken and it was very good. On top of that the restaurant was clean and everyone was very nice.

We love firehouse subs, and I’ve always enjoyed them till this location opened up. We are excited cause it’s so close to where we live. Our experience there has been an impressive. We were gonna try them one more time and give them a second chance tonight, but after reading the reviews, there’s no way I am going to patronize this location. I hope the people reading these That manage these stores will really pay attention to these reviews and make changes immediately.

I had the absolute worst restaurant experience of my life at this Firehouse Subs location. We placed our order, only to be told afterward that they were out of the items we wanted. Despite this, they still charged us the full $33 for our meals! They offered to let us choose something else, but then the replacement items we picked weren’t available either. We ended up with completely different meals that were worth far less than what we paid, and they offered zero compensation or apology for the inconvenience.
To make matters worse, the sandwich I received was pitiful barely any ingredients, just a sad excuse for a meal. The entire experience was frustrating, poorly handled, and left us feeling ripped off. I won’t be returning to this location, and I’d strongly recommend others avoid it unless you want to overpay for disappointment.

Everytime I come here it’s always one person doing all of the work and everyone else just standing around talking. Tonight was no exception. It took forever for someone to come take my order because only one person can work at a time apparently. They were out of every sandwich I tried to order so I finally just walked out. There’s so many reviews about the same issues and the owner has no desire to fix it. Go to any other firehouse subs location

Firehouse Subs used to stand for generosity — hearty portions, real value. Now the “medium” feels more like a snack, with shrinkflation quietly taking its toll. The ingredients are still good, the staff here are genuinely friendly, but the portion size is a far cry from what it used to be.

What makes it harder to swallow is the wait: even for a single sandwich, the line moves painfully slow. Friendly faces can only do so much when the portions are smaller and the service feels dragged out.

I know this is a franchise and the local crew isn’t at fault, but it’s clear the brand itself has shifted. Once a symbol of abundance, Firehouse now feels like it’s trading in generosity for greed.

If you’re reading this review, thinking about trying this place… Just don’t. Read every other 1 star review. Horrible service for mediocre food. Unless waiting 20-30 minutes for a sub-par sandwich is your idea of a good time, just go to any of the other restaurants around this location.

Well, it’s my first time in this place, and to be honest it has been such a good surprise!! Thanks to the guy that took my order and for his patience with someone that obviously is not related with the menu and the languaje. I wish we had this same brand in Mexico! And not only the green-yellow option. Besides, this sub in here has been so tasteful, and ingredients are fresh. The hot sauce bar is a great added value to this subs, too! Thanks, I enjoyed it a lot!

We’ve been to this Firehouse multiple times since they opened. It’s always clean and the food gets out fast. Same great sub you get at any Firehouse Subs.

Ok staff gets 2 stars….not sell out and gross Firehouse. Did take two in other location, still mediocre. Expensive, drab dining area, below average taste, tiny size and always average best service.

Ordered from this location for the first time and the bread was moldy. We called the store manager and the most he could do is a remake.
