Ordered fish dinner, looked inside box had 1 small thin piece of fish a biscuit and a few dried out potato wedges. I took back inside and they said that’s what you get and that they do not give money back. The “manager” said that’s a whole fish. Really that’s the kind of service we should expect now?!

Awful service! Have been in line for 45 minutes. As I get up to the window I realize the problem. Employees were on phones, and having a good ole time. Ridiculous!!!!!!

The food was good, as always. We usually get the 20 strip meal with sides. Good amount of food for the money. Last time we came through, we were disappointed, though. The issue was that the worker was eating while boxing up our food. This has to be some sort of violation. Workers should not be eating while they are handling food.

If I could give negative stars I would. I went through the drive-through ordered a 12 piece family meal. The chicken was barely warm. The sides were cold. The beans were busted open and all over the bag and other contents of the bag. Ask for sauces and at the window I only got 2 sauces for a 12 piece meal. I asked for a couple more and she said no that she couldn’t and technically she shouldn’t have gave sauce at all since we didn’t order chicken strips. I called and talked to the manager and the owner both of this Lebanon KY store. They were very rude about the situation. The owner stated that’s her policy. I told her good luck with her business. She then proceeded to say she’s doing just fine. But apparently she’s not if she’s worried about losing money on a couple of sauces that should be part of the meal anyway. Customers are spending their hard earned money on her food. After how the owner talked to me on the phone I will never go back to that store. She’s got the last penny she’ll ever get from me. I only went there because there was no wait in her drive-through. And I’m sure this is one of the many reasons that she is not fine!
