The staff is very friendly, this is a authentic boulangerie (French bakery). I found a lot of my childhood favorite snacks. The pastry are so fresh and delicious. If you’re looking for a French experience this is the place.

Great little bakery with flakey layered viennoiserie- croissants, almond croissants, chocolate croissants, and variety of madeleines. There’s a nice selection of charcuterie and made entrees in the refrigerated cases. And also range of French toiletries, cookies, and condiments.

Best croissant in Brooklyn! Crunchy, puffy, flaky, buttery, and a lot of layers, only for 2.75. It’s the combination of a cute little bakery with and French grocery store. The pastries also look so good.

So disappointed. Paid almost $9 for the soggiest ham and cheese croissant I’ve ever had—couldn’t even eat it. Whole thing just fell apart when I tried eating it. Was really looking forward to trying Le French Tart.

I’ve enjoyed the bread and pastries from both this location as well as their park slope cafe, but when ordering delivery my two omelettes were supposed to come with side salads and bread, and both were missing. $12 for just a plain omelette is pretty steep. I’ll stick to bread and pastries from now on.

Usually good food, terrible service. Waited 20 minutes for a ham and cheese croissant which was somehow frigid. Rude cashier was upset that I didn’t want a -frozen croissant, then gave me another which was clearly blasted in the microwave to the point it was rock hard and inedible. Go to Brooklyn heights where they actually care.

PLEASE do yourself a favor/treat yourself/show some self love by coming here and getting yourself some of the fluffiest, most charming and adorable treats. I personally love the lavender macarons and madeleines, but my family all fight over whose latte is better with what variety of “milk” because we all love so much. Truly a special place worth making the trip for if you are not in the area. I just got the cutest box of macarons as a gift and it is just the cutest, most delicious thing you could possibly bring someone. So amazing. Thank you

I’ve never had a croissant as good as this. It was fresh out of the oven, still warm. Amazingly fluffy and crispy. When you walk into this little shop, there is a heavenly smell of butter. I also had a chocolate croissant, which was excellent, but not as mind blowing as the plain croissant – I don’t think it was as fresh. I recommend you just ask the clerk which batch is freshest and get that.
