Le Emperor never disappoints. We absolutely love this place.
The service is always exceptional, the waiters and waitresses are incredibly friendly, attentive, and make you feel genuinely welcomed every time. Portions are very well sized, so you definitely leave satisfied. The food is consistently amazing, and the ambiance is beautiful, cozy, and perfect for both date nights and bringing guests.
Some of our absolute favorites are the coconut shrimp, ramen, pho, spring rolls, and the white rice with curry sauce (so good it deserves its own shoutout). For drinks, the Vietnamese iced coffee and iced Thai tea are must-haves, and the crème brûlée dessert is the perfect way to end the meal.
Special shoutout to Genie, our waitress, she is amazing. Ask for her if you can. She always goes above and beyond, is incredibly kind, attentive, and makes the experience even better every time we visit.
We’ve been here five times, brought family and friends, and everyone leaves impressed. There’s a reason they have a 4.9 rating, honestly, it should be a 5. Easily one of our top two favorite restaurants in Texas. Highly recommend!

The friendliness and knowledge of the person that serviced us made it for the whole experience. i forgot his name but he was so nice and went above to help us have an amazing night out. He nailed the perfect wine pairing to my spicy dish. I would not have figured that one out.
The quality of the ingredients are ! The chicken breast was tender and the fish soup was perfect balance of sour and spicy.
And they really did a great job on their decor and food presentation.
It was a full house but the noise level was surprisingly quiet; maybe bc we were all too busy enjoying our food to talk

Nice lunch at Le Emperor – my first visit. Food tasted great and nicely presented. Service was sharp, efficient and nicely dressed. Atmosphere was welcoming yet refined. Crème brûlée for dessert capped off a very nice lunch.

Went for lunch, got the lemongrass beef bahn mi and shrimp pho, as well as the fresh lemonade and thai tea. the tea was nicely spiced and the lemonade was very fresh with many garnishes. The shrimp pho was poured table side and had a very clear and fresh broth. The lemongrass beef paired well with the creaminess of bơ and the fries had a great crispness. All the staff dressed very well and were very polite. Overall a classy experience at a very reasonable price.

Wow. We just had our first visit and can’t wait to come back! What an amazing experience. By far the best Vietnamese food we have ever had. The waiters were attentive and the service was amazing. We came around 2:30 on a Saturday and the place was practically empty. This is definitely a hidden gem!

Tried this spot for the first time and the four of us liked every single thing we ordered. My daughter had the kids chicken pho and she ate the whole thing, normally she is pretty picky. My son loved the fried rice with chicken. We ALL enjoyed the wrapped filet appetizer, the flavor was amazing! I had shrimp spring rolls which were both delicious and presented beautifully. My husband enjoyed the vermicelli with beef, it was pretty tasty as well. He also had a Vietnamese coffee which was so silky and rich- the server made it table side, which was a cool surprise. I also had the artichoke appetizer; and I have never had artichoke presented that way before, but I am a fan! The atmosphere was calm and comfortable. At 6pm we were the only patrons for a while, but several more customers showed up over time. Great place, we will return. Oh and the cream brûlée was perfect!

I’ve been wanting to try Le Emperor for a while, and today was the day! Walking in the door, the ambiance and decor were already impressive and professional. I had the lunch special with vermicelli shrimp bowl, and my husband had the lemongrass beef bahn mi. Both come with an appetizer and a spoon of crème brûlée for dessert. We both enjoyed our dishes, which were not only delicious but also beautifully and lovingly presented. I can’t wait to return for dinner soon!
