Only discovered this location in Feb 2026! So glad they opened up a spot outside of Manhattan, where I have tried and loved a few different dishes… Today, I tried the seasonal Magic Miso Soup (with noodles, tofu and veggies for solids) and it was out of this world… If you’ve felt that vegan food “isn’t tasty” or might be “too time-consuming” or complicated to make, come here to be proven wrong and let your tastebuds feast! Special shoutout to the two guys working this chilly weekend who brang positive, high energy and made my visit special!

Had a wonderful experience at Le Botaniste!
The food is 100% vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free — made with wholesome ingredients like buckwheat and coconut milk. We tried the Chef Priyanka Samosa Bowl, the Mushroom Potato Bowl, and avocado — everything was fresh, flavorful, and so satisfying. The Omega-3 brownie made with buckwheat was rich and absolutely delicious!
Special thanks to Marylin — he was amazing and answered all our questions with such patience and kindness. Great food and great service. I’ll definitely be back! ✨

This little hidden gem is tucked away in Elmont. Soo delicious! Organic, fresh and just amazing. Had a great time here with my family. The veggie balls were my absolute favorite and the peanut curry. I would love to return soon and try some of the other things on the menu. And Ashton is an angel, so kind and helpful. Hopefully you will encounter him on your visit.

My friend and I came to Belmont Park Village for the first time today and we were so happy that we did. After strolling around the gorgeous grounds and shopping, we headed into Le Botaniste to have lunch. Marlon warmly greeted us as soon as we entered. He gave helpful suggestions and even let us try some samples before we committed to a meal. We both had the umami salad…it was prepared thoughtfully and it was delicious. Marlon – thank you for being so helpful and kind. We will be back!

The food is always great, as is the coffee. The pasta bolognese and chili are both delicious. Finding Vegan cafes & restaurants in this area is challenging. One of my favorite chains in NYC. I’ve been eating here every day while working at the USB Arena. Also, Le Botaniste is a plant based chain that began in Belgium.

Le Botaniste is for anyone who loves fresh, feel-good food without sacrificing flavor. The atmosphere is calm, stylish, and welcoming—perfect for a relaxed lunch or casual dinner. Every dish feels thoughtfully prepared, with vibrant ingredients and comforting yet creative combinations. You leave feeling nourished, satisfied, and a little lighter, which isn’t easy to pull off. A great spot for plant-based eaters and anyone just looking for something wholesome and delicious.

Our second lunch at the le botaniste, first time only tried the chili and it was delicious. I don’t eat red meat so this was perfect for me. Flavor was perfect not too salty or bland. The pickled tumeric onions were a nice topping to the chili. Food feels very healthy and not oily at all. Mall is beautiful so very enjoyable to come shop and eat .

Ashton was amazing! He thoroughly went through all of our food options and let us try a few options and we landed on the combo meal. Everything was tasty for someone who typically doesn’t eat vegan and it was also very filling.
