By far the worst chipotle in south jersey. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes more in any direction and go to another one. It’s always dirty in here, tables covered in trash. The trash cans are always overflowing. No napkins, maybe there’s forks. The employees are almost always understaffed and super stressed. You’ll get a 90% rice bowl, do not expect the normal amount of protein – you will be skimped. The food preparation is pathetic, sometimes it’s okay, other times it’s old and bland.
Do not get delivery from here, it’s even worse.
This chipotle should be shuttered since they refuse to fix any of these things. People have been complaining for years, the franchise owner should be removed and ashamed. At this point it’s gross incompetence. It’s only a matter of time until someone gets extremely sick from this place, it is unsafe, dirty, and shameful.

Had a catering order for 15 people and for the most part they gave enough food in terms of the base, rice, etc. However, they gave me enough sour cream and fajita veggies for 5 people max. When I tried calling them, I was told I would have to pay more. That is absolutely ridiculous considering I paid for 15 people, I expect to receive enough for 15 people. I would have been better off buying 15 separate bowls. Please stay away from this location.

This Chipotle is less than 5 minutes from my place, so I go here all the time. And almost every time something goes wrong. I used to order for pickup, the burrito size got so small I had to start ordering in person. Even in person the experience rarely improves. Staff are never friendly or welcoming, the tables are not clean, the food is never consistent.
I had a staff member toss meat onto my vegetarian bowl and scowl at me when I asked them to start over.
Today I ordered and was charged for chips and queso, only to find it was not in the bag when I got home. I shouldn’t have to keep a close eye to make sure the food I paid for is actually in the bag.
I don’t care how close this chipotle is to my home – I will NEVER go here again. Save yourself the trouble and drive 5 more minutes to a better location.

Went to go get my lunch here. When I noticed that they charged me twice, I had asked nicely for a refund. They continued to speak in another langue and were laughing. They refused to give me my refund after I showed them my bank statement showing they charged me twice. But they continued to laugh and told me that I can call 1800 chipotle. I’m disgusted. Maybe they are trying to scam and pocket the money.

I placed a large catering order with almost 2 weeks advanced notice. I also called the day of to make sure they received the order. I was scheduled to pick it up at 2pm. When I got there at 1:55pm, they hadn’t started making it yet. The food was very good but it was late for the party.

this restaurant is literally never clean, you get extremely bizarre proportions even in store and even after complaining to the company repeatedly they clearly do not care. there was no napkins no silverware, every single trash overflowing, every single table dirty. i love chipotle and the employees are often nice but like damn yall

The Chipotle in this lovely area with plenty of shopping is a great place for lunch. However, the lady at the front counter was kind despite being clearly overwhelmed. Unfortunately, no one cleans the tables, supplies the utensils, cups, and napkins. The wait time was also quite lengthy. Management needs to add more good help and it could turn around quickly.

I usually do not have issues with Chipotle, today I did. I made a mobile order and it came up with a promised time of 7:15 PM. I walked into the store at 7:13 and the order was not even started. I gave the employee my name and she proceeded to start making tacos. Meanwhile, people who walked in, stood in line and ordered are getting their orders faster than I, who mobile ordered. After waiting more than 10 minutes for 9 tacos and a bag of chips, I walked out of the restaurant at 7:27 PM to my car and drove home. I get in the house and open everything and it’s just a mess. We got less than half a bag of chips, our tacos were literally covered in lettuce, we could not see anything else on them unless we removed lettuce. This bothers me because 1. they never put this much lettuce on and 2. I overheard the employees talking about how an earlier shift did not change out some of the ingredients. That’s no reason to dump what you have left onto our one order to the point where we can’t taste our other toppings. While I was waiting as well, 2-3 employees were standing in the back of the establishment just talking doing nothing. One employee seemed to try and get them to help out but to no avail. Speaking of, our tacos were made extremely sloppily. They usually are distinguishable which taco is which and you’re able to easily pick them up, not in this case. There was so much material piled on to our orders that our hard shell tortilla tacos were completely soggy, one of which had a hole in the bottom that then completely ripped while it was being eaten. The meat in the tacos was also likely from the bottom of their bins, as a good portion of the pieces were nothing but fat.
As someone who has nothing but good experiences with Chipotle in the past, this truly disappointed me today. Seems like I’ll be taking a break of this until something gets fixed.

Went to order a bowl and kids meal. I was told that there was no white rice at the time of my order and it would take 20 minutes before it would be available. The prep area was horrendous, not clean. I could not stomach the thought of ordering any kind of food. Canceled our order an left.
