Great value! I couldn’t believe the prices. Served white beans and fresh hush puppies as we were seated. I don’t eat seafood, so shame on me. I got the country fried steak and it was good. Fries were really good. Definitely worth the visit and drive. Very friendly staff. Thanks!

We visited for late lunch on 5/20/23. Our first time and won’t be our last. All our food was delicious and generous portions along with affordable prices. But our biggest praise has to go out to our server. I cannot remember her name but she will know this is for her as she was the only one there. Customer service seems to be so slack everywhere these days so to be greeted with a smiling face, friendliness, and genuinely putting effort to make sure we were satisfied, well it just made our meal delightful. We highly recommend this place!

Omgosh….this place was so amazing….it probably could use a tad better atmosphere for some folks…it was perfect for my country butt. The food was the best I e had in such a long time…grilled fish was perfect and boiled shrimp could have used a tad more flavor but that’s just me, perfect for most folks…I could go on and on…I’m from Louisiana and if I say it was awesome, you know I know what’s up, right?…right. ratings for this is higher than 5 stars…muah, delicious oh, and let’s not forget our beautiful server…her service and personality was just about as great as her beauty.

They have this Fish Platter that 2 people can eat from it. I love their hush puppies and the beans I’ve to put a little salt sometimes I’m so use to the way I make my own white beans but they are more like to put in on white beans. I get crab legs too and the crab cakes and the Cole Slaw is always good it has a sweet taste like a German Cole Slaw recipe I have. I hope Sue the owner is great person and her employees are always nice. I used to live down there close to the restaurant for years. It had several owners before but since she’s been there for years now and always the perfect place to eat after church. I got online because I have not ordered lately because I’m like 30 to 45 minutes from home but I still drive there and pick it up. But today I’m calling to order and I was craving it, my brother likes the steaks or country fried steak.

Delicious as always! The fish was hot & fresh, the hushpuppies were crispy on the outside, sweet & spicy (hint of jalepeno) on the inside & the onion rings were fried just right. Always a win with this place, not to mention the extremely courteous waitstaff & the beautiful view.❤
