What a charming place to go. It’s everything you hope it to be when going to a tea room. Lovely gardens, a beautiful little gift shop with lots of unique finds, and a gorgeous space to indulge in tea room splendor. Lots of little antique touches. Bright and cheery. And lots of little fine details. The menu was all about quality dishes, not quantity in terms of different menu items. Nothing dissappointed us. Everything looked and tasted amazing. The dessert menu was impressive.

I went with 3 friends to have tea. They don’t have high tea. My waitress has been there 4 months and hasn’t seen a high tea.

1st time here, was thoroughly impressed by the charm of the tea room, it was like I’d got into a time machine and visited 1800’s. I would recommend the experience, great food and lovely gardens.

This is one of those special spots where you go for the ambiance, not the food. The grounds transport you to another world! So beautiful and peaceful. The food was alright but incredibly overpriced. I had the chicken salad sandwich and it was decent, but served with 4 pieces of fruit (not many options; limited menu). Really, it’s a tearoom, so don’t have high expectations for the food. Our server was swamped with tables so she kept forgetting our drinks and other stuff we kept asking for. I don’t blame her, this place is always wall-to-wall- packed. I wasn’t prepared for the parking situation when I arrived. Just plan to park in the north 40 when you get there because the parking situation is severely inadequate. The gift shop was so adorable! However, I was drooling over this teacup necklace that was nearly $30 and decided not to get it. Yesterday, I found the exact same necklace on Temu for $2. Be careful that you don’t get scammed. Finally, the tea! I ordered a delicious Chai tea and would highly recommend!

What a beautiful place. When you get here you immediately forget you’re in Lakeland. The service was very friendly. She had our order quickly and made sure to come and check on us plenty of times. I had the puff pastry. It was delicious and the portion was fair for the price. Very good quality food. The atmosphere was great for the ladies and I definitely recommend getting one of the many hot tea options they have.

Quaint place as you would envision a tea room. The tables are close together. If you are claustrophobic it may be an issue. Many women dressed up and had hats on. Some of us just wore our usual casual clothes. Mostly women, few brave men. A month in advance reservations are suggested. Very popular.

Best tea room we have visited in Florida. Looking at the decorations in the dining areas is already worth the trip. Dozens of teas to choose from. The black eyed pea soup is delicious. All the entrees and sandwiches we have tried are always tasty and always have a refreshing twist. Their lemon ricotta cheese cake is absolutely the best. Katie, our server today, is pleasant, attentive, and very helpful. Don’t forget to visit the gift shop after lunch to walk off some of the calories.
