If I could give the company and this location zero stars, I absolutely would. Staff is absolutely clueless about nearly everything, items ordered on the app are out of stock 90% of the time, and consistently I’ve had issues with ordering from this location. Out of the last five times I’ve ordered here, every single instance has had all or part of my order not in stock, and so staff wrings their hands of what to do; apparently the idea of refunding or a similarly priced item is too thought provoking for workers here. Best to either go to a different location, or outright dodge this company, as they’ve somehow not gotten their stuff together after operating for as long as they have.

I would give this specific McDonald’s zero stars if I could. I opened my Hot&Spicy burger and I see what looks like a DRY BOOGER inside! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I get it, it’s McDonald’s and the standards are generally low, but a DRY BOOGER??!! GROSS, DISGUSTING, and RUINED my appetite. Please remind your employees of BASIC HYGIENE & SANITARY procedures. EVERYONE working there handles food and EVERYONE should be held to the SAME STANDARDS! Please be sure to ALWAYS check your food before consuming anything that isn’t made at home. Thank you. Katia the manager was very kind and did an outstanding job as a manager. She was willing to take care of the situation with a customer and she fixed his order. He walked outside got into his car and drove away with the messed up order, but was stuck at the intersection so Katia the manager walk outside to the guys car that was already by the crosswalk to give him his ice coffee. She did an amazing job.

The lady at the register was new or something because she didn’t know what a number 7 meal was. I tried explaining and even pointed to the menu and told her what it was and how I wanted it with the meal. But instead ig ringing me up for a number 7 meal she rang me up for 2 large cheese burger meals with 2 drinks. It ended up charging me a lot more then what I wanted eventho I explained it many times. Luckily they got the manager and instead of her giving me a refund and having me on my way she was actually talking with me and being super nice! She gave me some mcnuggets and a drink which was super nice of her and I was honestly surprised. It was a ruff start but ended in a great experience

Came here around 3:10am, waited 20 minutes then when taking my order she put it in incorrectly then when asked about it I was told they didn’t have the jalapeno egg McMuffin so I asked for regular 2 not 3 when she told me to wait while continuing to talk in Spanish with mic on while laughing about how they didn’t have it to other employees.

I don’t know why this is happening, but fast food places seem to hire the most incompetent people. It’s an ongoing frustration to use the drive through to order. Employees are rude, don’t listen and almost always get it wrong. Multiple repeats don’t work and the frustration level goes up, making the experience miserable. Much of the food is pre made and can even be cold. This store is very busy and is typical of the above faults. Expect a bad experience 9 out of 10 times.

i went through the drive through. the workers were fast maybe could have been a little faster in area’s but there ok. food tasted nice, fresher is the word coming to mind. but i am not sure it tasted differently from the other McDonald’s i have been too i feel, this location was not bad to go through the drive through.

McDonald’s is not my favorite fast food chain, but it’s convenient. The food is usually consistent, but not amazing.The drive-thru at McDonald’s can be slow, but the food is hot and fresh when you finally get it. Not a bad option for a quick order of frys. McDonald’s has its ups and downs. Sometimes the food is great, and other times it’s disappointing. It’s hit or miss for me.
