I ordered a plate and ordered it with sweet plantains. The lady told me it would take 6 min for the plantains and I saw her sneak them into the microwave. I’m not sure we’re it came from but she brought them from the back. I did not eat them because they looked mushy and weird. I would not recommend this place.

I went a Saturday night and was awful. Usually during the day the young lady that serves is the best ever, but during the night was a whole other story! The music was sooo loud you couldn’t speak to the person next to you, you couldn’t call the server or anything. I won’t be coming back for dinner never again. I’ll be back for lunch though. The food is super good and the mofongo the best in Mass.

I’ve been ordering food from Latinos since they open. The food is amazing, tonight was the exception to the rule it took the driver two hours to bring my food, the lady that took my order wrote the wrong address and send the poor man further than he needed to go. I live in Florida and look forward to coming to Jamaica Plain so that I can order from Latinos restaurant I hope you’re hey get someone capable of taking an address with no mistakes.

The food was great but the service was not acceptable. I ended up eating alone because my family gad finished their meals by the time i began eating… my sister was upset becausse she looked foward to your visit and never got her drink after eating an entire meal and asking 15 times. Help from staff to the hostess would be a plus. Buuuut over all the food was great and its a great place for a family get together.

For context: never been to Dominican restaurant before nor I am well verse in Latin American food. I am Asian from Asia so I am well used to very rich flavorful food. The food in this restaurant is as flavourfull and as greasy as the typical Southeast Asian food. If you have an Asian appetite I think you’ll like it. However, just my personal taste I think it’s too greasy I feel like I have to brush my teeth immediately.
