Las Minas Mexican Restaurant is a wonderful, family friendly place to eat. My family and I have eaten her many times for many years. Rachel, Magdalena, and Judith are always pleasant and the food is great too. Today I had customized nachos. They had beans, cheese, grilled chicken, chipotle sauce, green salsa, and cilantro. They were absolutely delicious.

It’s a little hole in the wall place but the food is good and the prices aren’t bad at all. Definitely worth a visit, the dining area is a little small but it was nice and quiet. The staff is very friendly.

Do not go here! Extremely disrespectful staff.
I visited with my spouse and our service animal. Despite a clear sign stating that service dogs are allowed, the staff immediately told us to leave unless we provided medical records—which is both inappropriate and illegal. This clearly showed how uneducated and uninformed they are about disability rights and service animal laws. Even though I had proof, their rude and confrontational attitude made us feel completely unwelcome, so we left immediately. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

What was once some of the best Mexican food around has now become some of the worst.
I don’t know if they changed ownership or not, but the food is now mediocre at best.
Thier salsa, which used to be exceptional, is now not much more than a semi-spicy tomato purre.
The refried beans are bland, and the rice is gummy and tasteless.
I have tried several different dishes over the last 4 months, and the taste and quality has gone downhill dramatically.
Fajitas, enchiladas, tacos, chimichungas…all now very bland.
Such a shame as this was our “Go-to” Mexican restaurant for many, many years.
Something has changed, and unfortunately, not for the better.

Food was great. Taco Diner has large tacos and the bean and rice side had a great flavor. You get about half a cup of each side. But every taste great. Randomly came in after a hike. Worker were nice and environment was quiet.
I enjoyed it.

Great service and atmosphere. Authentic Mexican food from a Mexican family. Highly recommend, family friendly and great pit stop after a long day of skiing.

Really good food here! This was my first time in, and the service was good, the food came fairly quickly, and was very good! I had the Chile Colorado plate, and there is absolutely no complaints from me here! I will definitely come back and try other options!

This restaurant has been in Pine Grove California for a very long time I’ve been a long time customer. It makes Mexican food for gringos, but it still has fish tacos.

The worst Mexican restaurant I have ever attended. I ordered a beef quesadilla, which had barley any cheese, gigantic chunks of beef stew meat, beef in a Mexican place is usually asada. and tons of lettuce. My fiancé ordered a burrito, he received two smothered burritos, with gigantic chunks of beef stew meat as well. They serve super old cilantro also. Don’t waste your money on this place. Quesadilla pictured.
