No one can get order right after 3 times of getting my food and sitting down to find it’s still wrong, plus the 8 pc nuggets I ordered with my #9 combo was over cooked and dry. Honestly by the time my order was correct, my daughter had already finished her lunch.

Come here a lot as I live close but tonight was absolutely smackin’ and my quickest and best visit yet despite me ordering around 9:30pm. Friendly staff, mobile order fast and easy & food delish. I have been coming to this Burger King for years. This particular time I ordered a sandwich a specific way and the drive-thru employee took it wrong. So, I went home. My fries did not have any salt at all, and my sprite did not taste like sprite. Pretty sure it needed a new bib. Not only finding out all of this, but I went back for a refund, wasting my own gas and etc for mistakes that could have been avoided by calling back the order correctly. The disrespectful manager on shift (11:30 am on this day) took the bag from me and threw it, and also debated with me about issuing a refund for MY money. I did not even bite my burger considering there were NO condiments. I’ve never been treated badly here, but I won’t be returning to this location, again. Think before you come/order.

Idk his name but the guy at the window had the best customer service I’ve seen in along time. My son got the Spider-Man burger because he’s obsessed with Spider-Man. The guy poured his drink into a Spider-Man cup even though he already had it in a regular cup. He ran and gave him a Spider-Man crown and then before we pulled away on top airport rd he chased us down bc he forgot to give me my debit card back.10/10

This is probably the best takeout place in the area for hamburgers. Right now it’s takeout only. They won’t let you go inside. Every time I go there they tell me I rule. Sometimes I tell them if I ruled, I could go inside.
