The bathrooms are a mess like if no one cleans them. They use the hallway to the restroom as storage. The service took 10 min to take an order and I was standing right next to them on the counter. The food took 50 min to prepare and it was just popusas. Then the waitress have no customer service or waiting skills as when I was leaving the waitress dropped a tray full of dirty plates on a customer that was sitting down eating. The food is ok but I will not be going back.

I made an order by phone and they told me 30 minutes, I was there for an hour. The food is good most of the time but this time there was almost no cheese in our pupusas. They need to work out on their wait time. Like I said, usually really good food but thus time not so good.

The food is excellent, real and delicious! We waited about 25 minutes which I understand because they are literally making everything from scratch! If you want to wait 10 minutes then go to McDonald’s but if you want real food then you’re going to have to wait for it. It’s worth it . The only thing that bothered me was the excessively loud music I don’t mind the mind the music but it was very loud.

Terrible service! waited over 2 hours for food to arrive, people in our family had to leave and request the order to go, once the to-go orders were “completed” the orders were still wrong and missing parts of the orders. One family member was over charged $15 and they took so long to re-do the calculations (because they did the calculations twice) that our family just ate the cost so they could leave. For the people that stayed, the orders still arrived incorrect.

If I could give it absolutely zero starts I would. This place has horrible staff and organization. The cashier said 45 minutes and I was there over an hour. These ladies started to argue in front of me like I wanted this show. The manager came to apologize and I told her managing wasn’t just to sit in the desk, but to manage your people responsibly and quickly;!!!!

Do not recommend! First, they take forever ! I have gone there multiple times.and they take ATLEAST 1 hour to serve you about 3 pupusas. Last time I went I found a hair on my food and they had me waiting about 1 hour and when I asked for my food the waitress told me that they didn’t have my order so I had to show my receipt in order for them to start making them

First time trying pupusas at Las Champas & I’m glad I did! They’re delicious! The price is great too! The only downside was that I had to wait 40 mins to get my food. =/ At least it was worth the wait though! =)

The place is half empty and they took 45 min for just 4 pupusas. By the time we got the food we had to go so we just asked for Togo boxes. Definitely not coming back!
