Food was delicious and service was great. Pizza was so good and cheesy straight from the kitchen. Visually I thought the Bread Sticks and pretzel bites were dry but they were moist and delicious. Restrooms are single use and was clean. They have mounted TVs for a sports bar type experience. LaRosa’s never disappoint no matter which location you go to

We got here at 5PM on a Sunday. It took 10 mins for a server to come then we order a large pepperoni and that’s it. Fast forward to 5:50 and my 2 year old has been ansy the entire time, but we finally got our pizza. We were checked on a few times but it only takes 10’ to make and cook a pizza. I thought they were short staffed but when I went to check out, there was several employees in the back not doing much aside from the manager and one other cook. I really hate that I have to do this, I order from here all the time and the pizza is amazing. However today I ordered a pizza for lunch while at work. I paid $30 for one pizza, charged a $5 delivery fee plus a %20 tip for the driver. We have a rack at our front entrance for food deliveries and when I got the notification my pizza was delivered I immediately went to grab it. When I picked up the box I knew something was wrong, I actually thought I only got half a pizza because all of the weight was on one side so I opened the box and this is what my pizza looked like. Clearly this was dropped or something. Maybe even threw behind the driver’s seat on its side. I understand that the pizza was most likely not put in the box this way but the driver is a representative of La Rosa’s pizza. Clearly he or she did not care at all about delivering this pizza to their customer in a quality way. I wish I could take the tip back. To be fair I spoke to a manager and he gave me a credit for the amount of the pizza but my wife and I did not have anything to eat for lunch today. I will not ever use the credit anyway now because they lost a loyal customer today…… I wanted to update this review, la Rosa is the best pizza in town and this issue was resolved fairly, I feel. They credited my account, minus the tax and tip. I did not order from them for two months but today I decided to give it a shot. My pizza was delivered 30 minutes from the time I placed my order online, cost me $8 because of the credit and was the best pizza I’ve ever had. The delivery driver was polite, and courteous. I was a very loyal customer and it seems they have fixed any issues, or it was just a one off. Amazing place to eat.

I ordered by phone I’m only 5 minutes away, I headed there as soon as I hung up. A 1/2 steak hoagie with fries. 2 calzones, beef ravioli and a pizza. When I arrived the pizza was in the window, the calzones where put up right away. As I sat there for about 8 minutes the rest of the items came up. I was only going 5 minutes home. The steak hoggy was dry and over done, the fries were soggy. I also asked for an extra sauce when I paid. I didn’t receive it and was charged for it. I feel the kitchen needs to coordinate the food to all come out together the other food was not very hot.
