Today, Wednesday 25th, I was eating at that place at 1:25 PM (3700 Kirkwood Hwy) and an employee spoke rudely to a young woman who was making a delivery and had gone to pick up an order. It was very aggressive and impolite. I won’t be going back to that place. The employee was tall, thin, with long braids and dark skin. Very unpleasant. I love going to that Chipotle because it’s close to my work. But I won’t be returning. What a shame.

I was given a gift card, but after reading reviews, was hesitant and torn on which local Chipotle to use. Believe it or not, this one seems to get the best reviews in the area. So I took my chances on Kirkwood. And everything went fine! The curly-haired young man was helpful with my order pick-up, nobody was rude, I got exactly what I ordered, it was packed full of the right ingredients, and nothing was amiss. I believe the negative reviews, but at the same time, I think this is a case of people only leaving reviews when something goes wrong. More than likely your experience will be fine.

Not going back.
I know chipotle isn’t cheap, and I’m okay with that. But if I pay $25 for a bowl, I would hope to actually get a double. The lady making the food must be having a horrible day because she gave me the weakest scoop of steak I’ve ever had. For $12 I would’ve been cool with it. Not $25.
The customer service almost always sucks but I put up with it because of the food being healthy.
My recommendation to the employees at this location: get a job you enjoy.

I went to this location yesterday, the 13th, during the BOGO deal from 3-4pm. Once I arrived home and started eating, I bit down on something hard. I was disgusted to find that there was an earring in my food. I’ve contacted chipotle through their support page after reading other reviews below that were answered previously, and am waiting to hear back about how this can be resolved. I usually am not one to post reviews, but this was very disturbing to experience.

So I had a disturbing experience here… I don’t know if he was the general manager but I know his name is Joshua or Josh.. anyway when I walked in I started ordering my bowl and all of a sudden he starts playing Mexican music and says “hola Mexicano” obviously being racist. (I’m Bolivian) I had to walk away before anything could happen. I will not be coming here ever again. I hope whoever runs this store and takes action because no one wants to buy off of racist people

Came to this chipotle for dinner for a late night meal around 10pm because they were one of the few places open at them time. I ordered through the app, my usual order, and I was not disappointed at all. The service was great, the staff was really nice and helpful and my food was made in a timely fashion and it was also fresh and hot too.

I personally want to thank and shout out ms.kimmy she provided wonderful service to my self and my daughters , we walked in with issues from online ordering and she made sure we left happy and all issues resolved . I would recommend this location especially for the staff . Friendly and all smiles .
